Thanksgiving reruns.

Turkey
Creamed onions
Mashed potatoes
Regular stuffing
White Castle slider stuffing
Cornbread chorizo stuffing
Homemade gravy

Just as good the second time, and enough left over for a third dinner later in the week.

Been only eating dinner the last three days. Today is no different. With a meal like this, it's no wonder.

Thanksgiving Day Dinner Leftovers

Took a break from Thanksgiving leftovers.

Dinner was a big plate of Buffalo chicken wings with celery sticks and blue cheese.

Cup of decaf coffee and a maple plait. Desperately need some chocolate, as I'm feeling miserable, but I'm on my own at work until 1 pm (it's currently 11.20).

Dinner last night was finishing up Thanksgiving leftovers.

All that's left is a turkey drumstick, which is for tonight.

Ahhhh Thanksgiving leftovers.

HAM! That was it. DAMN IT! :banghead:

This year, we collaborate with family and assigned food to be brought. Roast turkey from one, roast beef from another, and I took care of the roast leg of spiced lamb, however, when another family member asked what to bring, I couldn't think and said salad. :ouch:

Though it was a damn good salad and the roughage nicely offset the bounty of flesh, this is something I'll have to remedy for Christmas; I just love a nice, sugar and spice ham.

Not to mention using the bone afterwards for soup or baked beans & cabbage. It's just the gift that keeps on giving.

Some noodles and disgusting curry sauce. Then took a swig of the only thing left in my cupboard other than a tin and some more noodles to get rid of the taste.

The item left? Balsamic vinegar. Yeh it was that bad.

No brunch, just dinner.

Ham & Cheese Sandwich

What is the red sauce you've lavishly spread on the inside of your sandwich? Is it leftover cranberry sauce?

Lunched on pastrami wrapped around chunks of sharp cheddar, some carrots, Wensleydale cheese and a sweet pot of homemade spiced tea with milk.

I'm

Boetje's mustard is a Dutch mustard but Fred Boetje was, according the internet, a German whom immigrated to the US in 1889.

Yeah, I know. And 'Boetje' is also a Dutch name. Weird stuff. Maybe he's a Dutchman who just so happened to be born in Germany.

What's that you might ask? Well, it's simply a mixture of rise, milk, water, cream, and natural aromas like vanilla, which's mixed with strawberry marmelade before it eaten. With enough marmelade it's quite delicious. :D

It has been ages since i tasted that, i didnt like it then.

A Gregg's festive pasty; turkey, bacon, stuffing and cranberries in a pastry slice. Yummy! Washed down with a cup of decaf coffee.

Just some noodles and soy sauce followed by a Korean version of prawn crackers.

Noodles could have done with some beef but I had none.

Lunch: leek soup. Nothing more

Had a few snacks in the hospital this afternoon. Snacks I brought with me. What I call snacks, other may call it, bah. => Cashew nuts, raisins, clementine, orange and dried mango.

This evening I had a few slices of bread with cold smoked salmon and one with cheese.

Are you, perchance, living with Ol' Mother Hubbard?
At least it was cheap wine - best thing to get rid of a bad taste in the mouth. (For awhile.)

Having my boring old Ham and Eggs breakfast. Nutritious, though.

And today I have set some time aside, after breakfast, to investigate a certain upgraded driving simulator. Hope all goes well and my PS3 manages to digest it successfully.
I'm not sure why, but I'm prepared for tears, too.
