Doritos both the nachos and the salsa. They are on offer in Tesco £1.20.

Yes I know it is full of salt.
I was thinking taste. You can get far better salsa (and healthier) by making your own or trying some of the smaller brands. I make my own, but when I need to buy it quick I use Frog Ranch.

Looks great! Did you use lamb or mutton? I wanted to make Irish Stew this year, but was outvoted.
Um, it was Beef Stew. Emphasis on the beef. My local grocery doesn't get much more exotic than veal.

I had baked potatoes with cheese and bacon earlier on, now drinking a bottle of Rosemount Estates shiraz. It's quite nice, but at 2012, it's too young.

My brother took me out last night to Buffalo Wild Wings and bought me dinner. I had a Guinness on tap, black and blue burger, fries, and some hot wings. Best brother ever! :)

I got a pic of the most delicious part of the dinner. :D

We had some friends over last night and ended up eating an entire pan of chicken enchiladas, 3/4 of a (huge) bag of chips, half a jar of salsa, half a container of cowboy caviar and 2 pitchers of margaritas.

Check your blood pressure.

Just had some black tea and a Nutri-grain bar.

With a Nurse Practitioner, a surgeon and a pediatrician in attendance, even if it was jacked I think I'd be alright.

And said food and drink was between 8 of us.

Today I surprised my wife by taking her on a tour of local wineries for wine tasting. The first winery offered tapas, so we had cheese fondue and buffalo chicken dip.

Then to finish the evening we went to a Mediterranean place that neither of us had been to. We split their 2 person platter.

It began with a Fattoush Salad.

Crappy cellphone pic. Here is what all it has:

Pickled Turnips
Green Pickles
One Kafta skewer
One beef Kabob skewer,
One Chicken Kabob skewer,
2 falafels
2 kibbies
2 vegetarian grape leaves,
A ton of Rice
And Chicken & beef Shawarma with garlic sauce

We had to have three boxes to take the leftovers home

Spinach spring salad for dinner with a little bit of shrimp salad, HBE and tomato. That's just 700 calories for the entire day. Brunch was a matzha with two slices of cheese.

Steak, Portabella mushrooms, shrimp, bell peppers, and rice. Cooked enough for 2 meals in the George Foreman grill. Only had to cook for 11 minutes. So dang delicious!

More nachos and salsa. This time Tesco value as both the nachos and the salsa have a lot less salt. Also a bit cheaper.
