That thing I previously posted was from a restaurant called WOW Cafe. (WOW stands for World of Wings in this context, not World of Warcraft ) It's sautéed chicken and onions mixed in Santa Fe sauce, served on a bed of rice, garnished with cheeses.

I was naughty, I had a KFC Mega box (1 piece, 1 mini fillet, 2 wings, fries and gravy). Still, why not treat yourself once in a while?

Some kind of butter cake thing from the wedding yesterday. I took my first bite and felt something weird. Disregarded it, chewed and swallowed. Out of curiosity, I turned the butter cake thing over to find out that I had eaten baking paper.

So, there. I had baking paper.

We went to a German restaurant for dinner. I only got a picture of the Uber Grosse Pretzel. I also had sauerbraten with noodles and green beans, a liter of Fraziskaner Hefeweissbier, and a pint of Spaten Optimator.

I'm equally torn between "that sounds disgusting" and "I must have those now".
Buy lightly salted Pringles and Bacon Salt (original flavor). Hit some chips with a light spray of oil, then sprinkle the Bacon Salt on. Stick in the microwave for 5-10 seconds, depending on how many you have. Let cool and eat.

Verdict: Bacon tastes good on everything.

Gonna try that with pork rinds. I used to the same with jalpeno and cheddar cheese powder.

I love fried Spam, so when I saw this in the store for the first time, I thought I'd give it a try.

No matter how bad you might imagine this tastes, you are not imagining bad enough.

This was utterly disgusting. :yuck::yuck::yuck::yuck:

Is that Kernel's Seasonings jalapeño cheddar? I love that on chips and popcorn. They also make a bacon cheddar flavor.

That's the one. I gotta look for that bacon cheddar flavor.
Since everything but their popcorn salt is low sodium I use a lot of their stuff on chips, veggies, and even some of the sweeter flavors on oatmeal. Adding the butter seasoning to a sodium free gravy gives it just that right touch of missing flavor.

They have a Website if you are looking for any flavor your local stores don't have. Every order I've placed comes with a free ink pen.

Good to know! I could always use an ink pen. I lose them faster than guitar picks.

Finally warm enough out to fire up the grill.

Did a NY strip steak, grilled some tater tots and some garlic bread.

Turtle Burger
-1 lb of ground chicken
-bell pepper
-Portabella mushrooms
-12 oz bacon
-Hot dogs
-Cooking time was about 45 minutes at 400 degrees.

This was actually quite easy to make and turned out delicious. Really needed some sort of rack under the turtle so the grease could drain. Other than that I am very happy with how it turned out. I put it on rice with some soy sauce but it really needs some vegetables. Maybe green beans.

Just finished some coffee and a homemade ham, egg and cheese sandwich.

My Buddha is very full.
