Idea from a friend. Bell peppers filled with eggs. I cut up a portabella mushroom for some extra flavor. Added a little sprinkle of Mrs. Dash. VERY easy to make and yummy. Next time I will cut the bell peppers a little thicker to hold the eggs better. I also topped this with some cooked spinach.

3 Granny Smiths apples and a packet of ready salted Hula Hoops.

Ever had it or do you just like the name?

Never had it. If I am to believe the description then I've had seasoning in the sense that I've made seasonings for coating meat that have been succulent enough to make me shred everything down to the bone, and still keep going - but not one specifically by that name. I'm taking it (because of the caps; haven't googled) that's it's something one purchases off the shelf, and not makes at home.

Obviously, knowing you, if it was home-made it's probably better than stuff one can buy.

Yes, it is a store-bought product. They make a low sodium barbecue sauce and I branched out from there. The only thing I didn't like was their jalapeño mustard. It was too hot to actually taste your food, or the mustard. I use their spicy barbecue rub when I don't have time for marinating in sauce, but it isn't in this picture.

The other barbecue sauce I buy is from Mark's Feed Store (a restaurant).

I also enjoy cookies and milk. I actually drink about 1-2 glasses a day. Unless I am working out then I drink quite a bit more. But I haven't worked out in over a year. So the milk consumption has been much lower.

I used to live on cookies at one time - I still have them often. And nothing like a tall, cold glass of milk to go with it.
Traditionally, over here, cookies and milk are a pre-bedtime snack, or an after-school sugar-boost. But there are times I'm in a bit of a rush in the morning, and cookies and milk make up breakfast, instead of the bacon and eggs I most often have at that time.
Have to confess that later I did have the bacon and eggs. (Brunch.)

Just now, tanked up on a mountain of fried chicken, slices of veggie pizza, and a quart of ginger ale.
I'm going to die. Eventually, though, hopefully, not prematurely.

Fish Friday. The usual you've see before. Fish, mac 'n' cheese and white beans. Enjoyed it with one of the best beers I've ever had. Perhaps, the best beer!

Went to an ultra expensive place for good friday. Complete with amazonian hostesses with Victoria's Secret bodies. (Except they all had on giant platform wedges.) Food was more expensive than good, but the ingredients were top notch.

1.75lb Mediterranean loup de mer aka branzino aka european seabass with lemon and capers

1lb South African lobster tail "lightly fried" with some kind of honey mustard and lemon drawn butter.

I asked for a fish that I could share with the table. Waitress obviously underestimated me. It was pretty good, though. Was hoping for something I couldn't do at home. It disappointed in that regard. The cook prepared the filets for me, but I had to fish out the eyeballs and cheeks. It was a good fish. They have access to some really quality stuff.

That brings me to the other dish. You know what they say about them African lobsters, eh? I named this one Diesel because it was huge and tasted like fried chicken. OK, that's racist. But this was a great tail that they killed with fry batter. They said it was lightly fried. I assume that means they slap some potato starch on it and let it brown. This was more like popeyes-- extra crispy. Still... really good. Just glad I wasn't buying. It's gotta be perfect for me to drop that much on a dinner.

tl;dr: Eating on other people's tax-deducted bills is awesome. I love holidays.

I love holidays.

Me, too.
I hate they nailed someone for it, though.

In fact because it was an 'extra' holiday (or extra-holy day, whatever way you want to look at it) I had spare time on my hands, nothing obligatory scheduled, and so spent all day eating - cookies (a lot) fried chicken, pizza, chocolates, bacon and egg stuffed in buns, bowls of pistachios and raisins - all the while playing with some hobby or another, or hooling around with the family

Looks awesome, Chrunch!

Dinner was EPIC!!! Apple wood smoked St. Luis style ribs, homemade BBQ baked beans, and Jewish potato pancake. Sorry, didn't feel like potato salad or coleslaw.

Just had a burger, fries and a coke.

Best $9 spent today.
Then again it is the only $9 I have spent today since Australian law says no business trading on good friday, easter sunday, Boxing day and christmas as well as a few more.
If people want to work and businesses want to be open(as long as employees want to work) let them.

Well then. Happy Easter, I guess. Hoping you had enough bags for the kids.

The best cracker-crust frozen pizza:

This one had so much bacon it smelled like a football.
I never heard of "cracker-crust" pizza. Sounds very good.

Went to the local all you can eat Asian Buffet for easter with my family. So good.
