Yesterday followed a non healthy, healthy, non healthy, healthy routine.

To start. Left over Chinese takeaway from the night before. Then sushi with a mango and aloe drink and some water and some chicken teriyaki. I did buy some miso soup as well but I lost that on the train. :grumpy: Then I had a chocolate ice drink thing from Costa Coffee. Then I had water and green tea.

Just too hot to eat last few days. Just a lot of spinach salads and cold water. But, since it was cooler today, the boys and I went all out. Legend's Burgers.

And now my daughter wants Spaghetti Sundays to be a thing.

Soggy burgers are the worst.
Hey! HEY! HEY!!! Don't be picking on our 'murican food! That burger looks AWESOME!!!

@Solid Lifters and @FoolKiller, I purposely did not "like" your posts because, at this point, it should be obvious that I would like both of those meals. I just don't want to end up being a "like" pest.

3rd ice cream of the day. Not even finished work yet. This whole 'putting on weight' thing just doesn't work for me, maybe my pancreas is useless.

Also, just to throw in my comment, I have my burgers with just cheese. Nothing else. That's how they taste best to me.

I had another roast beef sandwich over the weekend with spinach, tomatoes, roast beef, and cheese. Looks the same as the previous sandwiches I posted. I also started eating some of this tray of 50 shrimp. Still a lot left. A piece of cheese from my sandwich fell onto the tray while I was taking the pic. haha.

Brunch was a pastrami and havarti cheese sandwich with a side of the very last of Pringles Pizza Stix. Sadly, it's not being made anymore and no long available. Droste chocolate for dessert.

Just had some dinner which was, two home-made sloppy joe sandwiches with american and swiss, and green beans on the side.

Now it's time for some Sagentos x2!

You might need to explain that to me. Is dark chocolate different than pure cocoa? If not, then my homemade hot chocolate would be the same if I removed the protein powder.

Dinner:
Grilled chicken (I got carried away with the BBQ sauce), mashed potatoes and gravy, and cucumber salad.

Catsup and mustard for fries? YUCK!!! You need mayonnaise (Miracle Whip) young man!

Didn't have dinner. It's just too hot to eat. But, I did have a fantastic brunch of a baguette with pastrami, butter and this cheese...

The mustard was for dipping the burgers. I didn't plan my plate layout well. And yes, with steak sauce.

As for whipped salad dressing or mayo (mayo and Miracle Whip are distinctly different, read the ingredients) with fries; when I don't have or want my salt free ketchup, which is very often, I mix mayo/MW, mustard, and pepper. I add splash of vinegar or lemon juice if available. If I'm at home I toss in Worcestershire sauce. Occasionally I'll use barbecue sauce or honey mustard.

That is if I don't put my salt and vinegar seasoning on them.

Tonight I felt like going traditional with ketchup.

Had dinner with my aunt (Tante Janna) again. We had Thanksgiving dinner since she always wanted to have it with us.
