I love the white cheddar. The jalapeno cheddar sucks.
I like to mix nacho cheese with chili powder or add some to salsa. I love the White Cheddar. Jalapeño cheese is also good to add some unique flavor to salsa. buffalo wing was good, but they reformulated it and now it's not so great. I either mix it with ranch or butter to rebalance the taste. They used to mix the seasonings to create a buffalo wing taste. Now they are using straight dehydrated Frank's style hot sauce. You open it and get smacked in the face with a vinegary spicy smell. My vinegar powder isn't that strong. Both buffalo and jalapeño cheese make me sneeze too.

I also like ranch, garlic Parmesan, bacon cheddar, and kettle corn. I often use them on things other than popcorn. I also add caramel corn and milk chocolate caramel to oatmeal.

I had a spinach salad about 14 hours ago. Nothing since then. So damn hungrig right now. But, ate too much yesterday so I wont eat again until tomorrow. Errrrrrr, later today.

That sausage and brisket pic is killing me right now.

Went to the café downstairs for lunch because today on the menu was a steak/ranch wrap. It was some chicken poblano wrap instead.

It was alright, but I wanted the steak. :(
 
Sorry, no photo! Decided on a spicy sandwich from Subway - Subway Club.

Italian Herb & Cheese bread - cheddar - toasted! - all vegetables no tomato - extra jalapeños -sriracha sauce - chipotle sauce

eating at home decided that it wasn't spicy enough, so I added extra Tapatio sauce.
 
Big Booger showed up with Subway subs. His college water polo team just won their semi-final game and are on their way the the championship game so he got Subway to celebrate. I had the meatball sub. Never had it before. It tastes just like Chef Boyardee Ravioli! For $6, it was a total ripoff. I can make the same thing with a can of CBR and some French bread for less than half the price.

Last night for dinner I made a giant hybrid sandwich, cross between a Italian beef and a cheese steak.

Made with steak, au jus, grilled onions, hot giardiniera & Cheez Wiz.
 
Earlier in the day, we also made 3 types of fresh, homemade dough (thank god for machines).


And one of them was pizza dough: :mischievous:

So, this was lunch just now - two types of mozzarella, caramelized red onions (on brown sugar) and prosciutto (di Parma) homemade pizza.

And a beer.
 
We've been making some Brigadeiros to take to a party later in the day. Of course, in the meantime, I've been eating some...
