Cinnamon Toast Crunch, straight out of the box.

Been there done that. And many other cereals, too. My favourite is Lucky Charms; never know what you going to grab with each handful.
The only thing is the hand start to cheat on its own after awhile and starts feeling around for the charms.
It's the mouth to blame - I think it tells the hand what to secretly do.

Right now I'm enjoying a dish of probiotic yogurt with blackberries from Mexico covered in wildflower honey.

Edit:
While staring at a picture of it (or what it looked like moments ago) in the Food thread on GTPlanet.

Taco Tuesday. Tonight I had a taco salad. No really, it was meat on a bed of lettuce that had been tossed in a homemade southwest vinaigrette with some onions, cheese, and a red sauce, all topped with some crushed tortilla chips.

I think this is the first time that I actually had a true taco salad, where salad is the main ingredient. When the meat mixed with the vinaigrette it was delicious. I might do this more often to cut back on carbs and even more salt.

For lunch I ordered beef lo mein for take-out. They told me it would be 10 minutes, I got there in about 5, and start to sit down to wait, but to my surprise it was sitting on the counter already ready.

I didn't think much about it being ready so quick until I got home and started eating it. The noodles were way over cooked. I kind of think they were leftovers thrown back in the wok when I ordered.

Well I had planned on making two meals out of it, but not with those noodles.

I went in elbows deep and pulled all of the noodles out of the lo mein, that left me with just the meat and veggies, which I added to satay flavored ramen. Notice all of the seasoning packets that come with the noodles. From left to right, they are:

Bumbu sauce mix
Hot chili powder
Seasoning oil
Soya sauce (their spelling)
Fried onion

I added the over easy fried eggs because yolks. Asian carbonara!

Oh good grief. My mother always had a MSG in the spice rack when I was growing up. She used it all the time. She is 76 now, and healthy as a horse.
Not here. Allergic to MSG. Makes my BP and heart rate to skyrocket.

Brunch was a tiny bit of leftover spaghetti. Not enough to fry, so I just nuked it with extra mozzarella.

Dinner yesterday in pics below. Dinner today was pulled pork sandwich with homemade beans.

Bologna Cheese Sandwich with Campbell's Cheese, Beer, Bacon, Potato Soup and Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream. That B&J is my new favorite!

Was out last nite>>>>>

Made a fish chowder and put some potatoes in it, (first time using potatoes)
was gorgeous.......
(headache is gone now) :D

Dinner last night was a ribeye steak sandwich with sauteed mushrooms.

Just finished up the last of the breakfast lasagna this morning, a casserole with layers of pancakes, eggs, bacon, suasage, and cheddar cheese, with a bechamel sauce. Topped with syrup and hot sauce.

Luckily I don't plan to do much the rest of the day.

 !!!!!

My wife make a coconut curry sauce and veggies to go over rice for supper last night. Was quite tasty but could have used the potato the recipe called for.

I just finished making waffles for the boys and scrounge a few whilst doing so.

Clam chowder is great, too, with a bit of potato in it.

I've had vegetables made in a coconut curry sauce, too - potato, squash, beans - they all taste great made this way, especially when served on a bed of steaming rice.

Breakfast was Black Forest cake and tea.
I might have that for lunch, too.

Farmer Boys. I'll pass. Meh.

Friday night my wife and I went out to a place called Coba Cocina, which is a "modern take on Mexican and Latin dishes." I had steak and chicken fajitas, of which the leftovers lasted me through today's lunch. I didn't get a picture of the food because I was distracted by the giant jellyfish tank in the center.

Tonight my wife made meatloaf in little individual servings, by using an all-sides brownie pan, with mashed potatoes and corn.

Wasabi Kürbiskern chocolate at Frankfurt airport. Had a few Euro coins I wanted to dispose of before hauling my ass back to Blighty.

Guys, I do not intend on being nasty. I just need some guidance. This sounds ridiculous, I know.

I ate one of these with my salad lunch, just one. It had pretzels and chocolate dipping. I've never had one, so I picked some up at Costco.

Well, currently, I'm vomiting because of it. I'm not allergic to peanuts, or anything. I need to know what I should drink to settle it down.

Once again, I just need a remedy fast, because it's hurting my ulcer. I have called my doctor.
