Where did you but this? I tried looking in Jewel, but I couldn't find it.

Grocery store. Surely you have Cento in illinois? I'm sure Dellalo or any of the other italian-american brands have something similar. Just look for cherry pepper spread. It's in the pickles/pickled-peppers section.

Ribeyes were on sale last night. Steaks plus a packet of Idahoan mashed potatoes and the kirkland normany blend veggies in the nuker. Ate like kings for under $5/person.

That's a heart attack waiting to happen.

No no no, you've got it all wrong: it's efficient. It's a meal, and dessert, together!

For some weird reason, that sounds great.

It was!

Sweet potatoes, eh?

That would go well with the weekend, loll-around snacks:

Pizza Pizza... pizza? There's no excuse for that!

I was thinking the opposite. How was it?

Surprisingly good. Not really one for shoestring cut french fries, but in this application it makes perfect sense. I wouldn't want too much of the potato taste to end up mixing with the ice cream. It's a fun burger place up town, and a lady friend and I saw the Nutella Ice Cream Fries on the menu last time, so needed to try it.

Sweet and salty is always good (see: chocolate-covered pretzels), and if you're the (proper) type of man that dips his french fries in his frosties at Wendy's, well, you pretty much already know. :D

Was at DQ today having burgers, fries, slushies . . . and then I noticed that the blurb on the carton of fries was recommending we dip the fries in our dessert.

Great, now I want pizza and beer for dinner tonight. Why did the hell I come in here? Screw it, I made meatballs. So, meatball pizza?

Brunch was the best cheese on Earth. Graskaas, on buttered bread.

Tried this new Ben and Jerry's ice cream flavor. It tasted great, but it's so bad for you.

It's the best thing for eating your feelings away.

Why did it take me some time to get that?

Dang it - you made me hungry at a time most inconvenient to go and eat a sandwich like that. Cheese on buttered bread . . . mmmmmm . . . staple food. Bottle of red would go well with that, too.

Instead - I shall reach out and start snacking on the chocolates on my desk.

This has been a demonstration of spontaneous starvation via forum food threads.

We were in Cincinnati Monday and stopped at Hofbrauhaus on the way home.

Sauerbraten with sauerkraut and bier cheese spatzle and a steamed vegetable garnish was greatly enjoyed. There was also a half liter of Sommer Weizen enjoyed, as well.

A sad looking shrimp sushi box and cherry Coke Zero. Didn't realize how late it was so grabbed something quick from the place beside the office. I think I like this Zero better than normal Cherry Coke!

They make Cherry Coke Zero?! I must have it!

As for me, today's as uneventful as ever. Had a pound brown rice with some honey and nuts for breakfast. Gonna have two pounds of chicken breast for dinner. Probably some sort of fruit for lunch and a protein shake as a little snack.

I didn't know either! @Omnis is right, it's great. As much as I try to avoid aspartame, it really doesn't taste like it's a diet pop. Definitely hunt it down.

dinner last night was baked lemon pepper swai with rice and veggies. Lunch today will be the leftover rice and veggies tossed with some tuna and soy sauce.

That's been around here as long as Coke Zero has. I haven't had a regular diet cherry in like a decade. they also do vanilla zero.

Definitely hunt it down.
Asked at out local supermarkets and beverage shops and stuff. No game.

Found some on Amazon, of all places. Prices are ridiculous though. The UK gets it and if I wanted some, I'd have to get some imported from the UK.

We ain't gettin' that over here, either :indiff:

@Famine's recipe keeps on giving:

I didn't have a wisk at my grandma's house. I sweat my ass off beating that bechamel with a fork instead.
