Yesterday I had a tombstone pizza and some peanut butter cookies. Went to bed at midnight and woke up at 6pm. What the ****. Tombstone indeed.

Tried Gatorade Green Apple (limited edition flavor). Hands down best Gatorade flavor I had so far.

My brother asked me to make him mac'n'cheese so I grilled him a mac'n'cheese pizza

Deleted a pic of the end result by accident. Was a garlic parm sauce base layer with pasta, covered with a layer or cheddar and mozz, and a swiss/gruyere drizzle.

He was like bro all i needed was a bowl with some pasta.

Wasn't really hungry last night and weather looked a bit iffy for cooking outside anyway, so I had a small plate of barbacoa nachos and a cookie dough Klondike bar.

My wife and I went to Gatlinburg, TN over the weekend.

Saturday morning I had breakfast at Pancake Pantry, where I got bacon, eggs, and pancakes. I accidently got syrup all over my bacon.

Then that night we went top The Peddler, where they come by and hand cut the steak you choose in front of you. I got a 10oz New York Strip with a grilled vegetable skewer and salad bar.

Hank Hill would be proud of me... I 'tasted the meat, not the heat' last night as I used a propane grill for the first time to cook a couple of burgers... the end result was very pleasing indeed, and I am glad to say that I have two more burgers that are destined for the grill this evening, and this time I will maybe even get a picture.

I garnished the burger with some 'American' cheese slices (yum), French's yellow mustard (yum) and Tabasco Habanero sauce (!), and served it on a sesame seed bun... :)

My use of salad as a garnish sunk to a new low, however, as I didn't even open the bag - prefering instead to simply have a closed bag of salad next to my plate in order to make it look more appetising and healthy... it worked, and this way I have the added bonuses of a) spending less money on salad and b) not having to actually eat salad.

Incidentally, I went for an ice cream earlier in the day, and the name of the shop was Strickland's. So I visited Strickland's and used a propane grill for the first time on the same day. Sadly, I couldn't find any Alamo beer...

I haven't had Arbys in a long time. Very rare I ever eat fast food. Forgot how good Arbys is.

Beef and cheddar, curly fries, with extra cheese. Also had some Arbys sauce and honey mustard sauce for dipping. I had my own bottled water to chase it down.
