Dinner last night was homemade orange chicken. Brunch was leftover blueberry pancakes I found in the fridge. You've seen enough pics.

Just had several handfuls of grapes.

I really want to post more often here, but my food is often gone before I remember to take a pic or I don't have me phone on me while in the kitchen...

From this week,

Had a cook friend that proposed me to get wild blueberries from Poland (wild are purple inside, normal ones are white)
Taste and size are miles apart...

Left over (fake)chilli with minced beef, fried ham. Tastey

Blueberry tarte : butterdough, fresh blueberry jam, whiped cream and blueberries

Veal filet on low temp in the oven for 3 hours, then fried with herbs from the garden. It nearly melted in the mouth, so tender. Red wine sauce with moustard and the jus

You spoon it out or use a fork or butter knife. It's like a cherry pepper mince.

Put it on bread and let the oil soak into the bread, then sandwich it. So good.

Please test all options and report back with details.

Dinner was what Little Booger wanted, despite it being too damn hot to eat anything. Salisbury steak, whipped 'taters and broccoli with cheese sauce. Once again, no pics.

Just now, I had some Ritz crackers with Jif peanut butter

Dinner last night was grilled pork chops seasoned with a maple pepper seasoning that my mom got from her trip to Canada. It was accompanied by grilled corn and green beans with potatoes and onions.

Had pizza for lunch and tomorrow probably lagagne.

At the moment, I'm enjoying very good sweet tasting cherries.

Last night I made a couple barbacoa burritos.

Had one last night, the other will be dinner some night next week.

@kolio123 - I like ham pork, too. :D

Seven pounds, cut in quarters (too big for my slow cooker) then placed two quarters in and covered with root beer.

Slow cook for 6 hours, remove the root beer shred the pork, mix in BBQ.

Progress pics later, most notably with me covered in BBQ sauce.

Edit:got the "recipe" from here. There are a few others I want to try, too.

Mmm! I eat pork at least once a week at the local family owned BBQ Joint around here. I don't ecen need a menu I go to the place so often.

It is pretty laid back, they generally know what I want with out even asking me. And I help myself to get a drink, because, you know, I am cool and all.

@TB if you ever feel adventurous enough, making a good seasoned brine to cook it in makes a good base to add to tomato paste or ketchup for a homemade barbecue sauce. You could also add it to bottled barbecue sauce to create your own unique flavor.

I've even been to barbecue joints that just give you the cooking juice by itself.

Have you tried re-heating topping side down in butter?

No, but I will cause I just got two free 3 topping pizzas cause I got points and apparently they have a 15 point pizza special going on rih nah.

And bruschetta bread sticks which are alright, kinda.
