Crockpot Lasagna. Looks messy, but it was excellent.

Had a coupon for G & L chili dogs. Tasted just as bad as they look. Honestly these chili dogs were not very good and the fries were terrible. I think the only reason this place is still in business is because there really are no other hot dog competitors. :yuck:

Lasagna is my favorite food!! Crockpot lasagna sounds like a great idea. I will have to try that crockpot idea sometime.

Last night was grilled pork chops and boiled cabbage. The cabbage recipe was seasoned to taste like sauerkraut.

My wife can't have gluten and corn based pasta is vile so we tried a box of the black bean spaghetti from Costco. Fewer carbs, a surprising amount of protein and not bad taste/texture (slightly nutty flavor and firmer than normal pasta) means it's now what all of us eat. 👍
Have you tried rice pasta? That's the easiest to find gluten-free pasta in my area.

Definitely must check out black bean pasta though.

I have not, only black bean and corn.

Costco had mountains of black bean before they dropped it for edamame pasta. I haven't been brave enough to try that one yet. Partly because we bought 7 boxes of the black bean when they were clearing them out for half price.

Edamame is fine by itself, so I wouldn't be afraid to try it, even if it is green.

Family went to Mexican Village last night so, naturally, I had a Pollo Fundido.
I usually have the Wild Tostada 👍

Tonight I had some BBQ ribs. Soooooo good.

Dinner last night was a couple grilled cheese sandwiches with bacon and jalapeno. and some southwest corn on the side.

The sandwiches were good, but making them made an already warm house even warmer. :yuck:

Made my own special chili and have been eating it the last few days. Topped off with shredded cheese, grape tomatoes, and a couple slices of Sargento swiss cheese.

Went to Longhorn Steakhouse for supper. Had a very delicious burger and seasoned fries.

Picked up some randomness from the grocery store take home section last night.

Chicken noodle soup, hot Buffalo wings, and spinach pie.
