I thought I would try out McDonald's all day breakfast.

I ordered a "sausage McMuffen with egg and cheese", and a hash brown.

I got:

And these guys want $15.00 an hour.

I gotta finally say this. Excuse me if I seem rude. This thread makes no sense without pictures unless there's some seriously narcissistic tendecies. Or something of that sort.

I had crock pot chicken fajitas and here's no picture of it. So who cares, right?
I care, that sounds delicious!

I am about to Cocoa Pebbles!

That's what I should have done. It was a bit dry and bland. But, still damn excellent. Just could have been a bit better with some added color and flavor.

So, Crock-pot Lasagna Leftovers. Oh, that's not "burnt" sides there, pal. That's flavor! It was... SO DAMN GOOD!!!

So I took your advice and tried this myself. I used my smaller crock pot. It was very easy to make and was indeed delicious!! I do wish I had a little burn "flavor" like yours has. I put mine on low for 4 hours and was a little mushy. I think the next time I cook this I will cook on low for about 3 hours THEN on high for the final 1 hour to add some crispy flavor. Other than that it was very good.

I also used ground turkey in place of hamburger.

Sorry for blurry pic.

I lied. I had some Crock-Pot Lasagna leftover, but it was for Big Booger. He didn't want it, so I ate it. This is TRULY the last of it. I promise.

But first, Brunch. Bologna and Cheese Baglewich made by Little Booger.

As most of you know I usually cook steak in the George Foreman. However, these 3 steaks were thin so this time I cooked them in the pan. Used olive oil and let each side cook for about 90 seconds on high. Medium rare. Seasoned with MRs Dash. Turned out delicious. Enough for 3 meals. I still have one left I will eat tonight.

@FoolKiller - I was unsure of the whole fried-egg-on-burger thing until about 3 years ago. I don't know why I waited so long; it's fantastic.

Buttered bun too? Even better.

Last night we went to Napa Prime Burger Bar. They have monthly specials of exotic meat burgers, but this month was lamb with spinach and feta, so I instead opted for The Hangover; a burger with cheddar, bacon, a fried egg, and hollandaise sauce. Bonus: The egg yolk is still a little runny. Delicious. Side of cole slaw.

I'm not really a lamb person myself but lamb burger with spinach and feta is delicious, very moist and flavorful. But the one you ordered looks very tasty as well, but then again anything with a runny egg looks bomb to me

While I was cheating on my diet, one meal of high sodium content is not a huge deal. However, spinach can interact with my blood thinner and one meal can cause an unsafe drop in my blood thinner levels. If I am in an arrhythmia I could form a clot and that's not good for anyone.

It's being overly cautious, but I've had a stroke once before and don't want to repeat that ever again.

Oh I see... I thought you didn't like lamb or something

Can never be overly cautious after a stroke bud, that's some serious stuff and I hope you have recovered or is recovering well

OK, enough of eating crap for the next week or so. I've missed several days of eating, due to the heat and humidity, but I think I'm now caught up. Especially, after a meal of...

Brat and Chili Cheese Fries

I had crockpot venison chili last night using Mrs. Dash Chili Seasoning packet. I forgot to take a picture then, so here is one from the leftovers that I am eating today.

If you use the Mrs. Dash mix be sure to have some extra chili pepper on hand, as it is very mild, but doesn't have the sweet flavor some mild recipes have. It works perfect when you have a young child. Then you fix it and put some hot sauce in your own bowl to spice it up. My problem is that I grew up on my mom's 2-alarm chili recipe. I added five dashes of tabasco and still had to go get some ground cayenne powder before it tasted fine to me. But my daughter gave it two thumbs up and ate everything I put in her bowl, so I can't spice the whole pot for my tastes.
