My phone email quit working so unfortunately I don't have any pics of my Avocado Fried Egg Hamburgers from Friday and Saturday.

  • Hamburger
  • Fried eggs
  • Avocado
  • Spinach
  • Turkey Bacon

Looked kinda like this. (Google image)

I have also been eating this lately. Blue Bunny makes very good ice cream. Peanut butter cups and chocolate in ice cream. So good.

Saturday night was Sweet Bourbon Glaze Chicken with green beans and red potatoes.

Pizza muffins.

They weren't particularly delicious, unfortunately. We'll need to modify the recipe a bit.
It looks like you made muffins and just mixed pizza stuff into the batter.

I suggest making pizza dough, pressing it around the edges of the cup, filling it with pizza toppings, and then topping it with more dough that is crimped to the edges. It'll be like a giant pizza roll.

I love avocado, ever since I was a kid.

A nice, sweet variant of eating avocado is to cut it in half, remove the seed and fill the hole left by the seed with sugar. You then carefully start mixing up the whole thing up with a spoon (careful not to damage the skin) until you get a nice mash*.

Eat it directly from the skin, using it as a plate. Something like this:

(not my photo)

*Use a nice, ripe avocato, in order to get a more creamy, buttery consistency. It also makes the whole process easier.
I eat an avocado a day, in a similar fashion but sprinkled with garlic salt and doused with lime juice.

Also,
I'm definitely not eating a hot dog...

Pulled my back out yesterday, didn't feel like dealing with the pain to cook, or heat stuff up. Had a can of CBYD Ravioli for dinner and brunch today was worse. Tortilla chips with jalapeno cheddar cheese dip.

No heating or cooking needed. To much pain to do anything more than that. Aleve doesn't work. I really screwed that thing up. Having had serious back problems before, I need to go to the doctor or ER. Great.

Damn you guys. Dam you, to hell!!! I want some peanuts! LMAO :P

Broke my own rule. Don't come here when you're hungrig. Back is killing me so bad, can't get out of bed. Going to doctors, which isn't going to end well. Hospital food sucks so bad.

Eating some dry cereal Little Booger just gave me. Cinnamon Toast Crunch. Jebus, why don't I just eat a bowl of sugar!!! Great, now I have Type 2 Diabeetus.

*Goes online shopping for peanuts*

So the vending machine guy loaded some of these in:

Curiosity made me try them. Smelled awful upon opening the bag, tasted ok at first (wouldn't exactly call it a "gyro" flavor), then left a nasty after taste.

Won't be getting these again.

Glad you posted, so I wont let my curiosity do the same to me, cause it does too often.

Had some travally, chips and veggies last night, a brilliant combo with the way my dad cooks it.

Halloween party last night, so whatever everyone brought - chili, chips, crackers, ham, cheese, numerous desserts and a few assorted martinis.

Breakfast - sausage egg and cheese sandwich.

A friend of mine came in from Austin for a wedding and stayed with me this weekend. I told him I was going to feed him the best frozen pizza he ever tasted. He insisted that the best frozen pizza was a thin crust sold at Costco. I think he was talking about this:

I agree, that is a really good pizza.

But I fed him one of these bad boys.

He agreed that this is the best frozen pizza. In fact he took a picture of the one I still had in the freezer before he left.

By the way, the Kroger near me has these on sale for $5.99. I think the sale ends Tuesday.

Ribeye steaks and rice. Enough for 2 meals. Cooked in the George but this time the steak was at room temperature. I put a light coating on the outside of olive oil and let it sit about 45 minutes to get a nice outer finish. Seasoned with Mrs Dash. Cooked for about 11 minutes. Next time I will cook for around 8 minutes if the steak is room temperature.
