I should have cooked it a bit longer but was worried about how it was cooking as you obviously can't see anything. That's easily fixable.

I might also shift from bread flour to regular to remove some of the breadiness but that's minor.

Edit: And what goes well with a home made pizza? The last of a big-ass cake, naturally.

So, I met up with some friends I rarely see and we went to a popular Italian place. And then I was like, hey waitress… and the waitress was like, I don't care.

So I got a new spoon and mini tray. I should have asked for her number, maybe. Hindsight. The gang laughed a lot.

No chance against the mini shovel and what the fork is up with my new spoon obbsession?

Are you saying you just took the tray and spoon?

EDIT: Did you have a few drinks at this Italian place? I'm having a little trouble understanding what you are saying here except you met with friends and now you have a new spoon and mini tray.

Bread machines are amazing. I have one and it's great.

Nice tray!

That's one of my sheet pans for baking. I used it for putting the sandwich under the broiler. Plate was still very hot when the pic was taken.

It does make a good tray though, a perfect fit for those giant 1950's-60's diner platters I have.

Seven French fries? Stacked? Funny stuff.
That's what makes it gourmet... right?

I've been meaning to ask, is your mini shovel technically an ice cream spoon? I want one myself now. It just looks so cool.

I've never cared about utensils until now. That's how good this thing is. I got cool knives. Never mattered really.

Or, equally possible, I'm losing my marbles.

Simple but oh so tasty.

Honey ham and pepperoni on one slice, shredded Co-Jack on the other, broiled on low for 5 minutes, mayo, Garlic and Herb Mrs. Dash and lettuce added afterwards.
