What did you do in GT7 today?

Starting with the Plus account, I picked up the 512 BB as it entered the UCD last night. After golding the Sardegna Windmills CE and getting the lowest-possible 5,000 Cr. on an all-cash 3-star Wheel of Despair, I made it through the Brand Central G's in the 450,000-Cr. logjam.

On the GTP account, I did the usual R33 Tokyo grind, and the 4-star Wheel of Despair gave the low-cash 30,000-Cr. option. I still don't have nearly enough to get the cheapest Hagerty's car I don't already have.

Started off by purchasing some 2nd or 3rd copies of UCD cars to replace cars I’d chopped up into racers, the Stratos, C4, S2000, Celica GT-Four & a Eunos Roadster. I do like the idea of keeping stock versions if I ever want to do photo shoots later, however unlikely that may be.

Ran the Nova (meh, needs a tune, I won, but it wasn’t pretty), Pantera (wonderful setup) and my baby, the GTO ‘84 for the Certified for Sarthe thread. Set new lap/overall records with the GTO and probably overall personal records as well, damn I love that car! I planned to run unfairlane’s Boss 429 as well, but made too many modifications and ruined the tune.

Time to do something productive before the heat kicks in for the day. Happy hooning to all!

I’ll just leave this here…

Typical farming at Spa 1h. Completed the Civic time trial and the Deep forest 1h mission, bronzed both.
Bought an Enzo, a Delta Integrale and an AMG Gt R, will buy the black series soon.
Still have Porsche, Aston Martin and Lamborghini valid invitations, but I'm in love with the Enzo.
Planning to buy the Aston DBR9 V12 to do the Lago Maggiore 1h and complete all the Human comedy missions that I didn't (Tsukuba, Autopolis, Kyoto and Red Bull Ring) I'll probably use the AMG Gt3 in the Red Bull Mission

I just bought my 3rd Black Series today, it is by far one of my favorite vehicles, both in-game and IRL.

The CarreraGT ‘04 is a fabulous car and with rumors swirling of Praiano considering the Veneno for a tune, I would say a must-have.

Did a bit of grinding today, the Lexus SC430 at Sardegna and the Porsche 911 RSR at Le Mans. 3 star ticket of dispondency gave me 5000 credits... Go figure.... Tried the Lake Maggiore mission again, AI still sucks.....
Entered daily race B, with the Porsche. Qualified 12th, finished 8th. Finally got a clean race bonus. 😁
Did 2 custom races of 20 laps at Dragon Trails in preparation for the Discord group Porsche race. Only managed to smash the wall at the Death Chicane once. Pretty impressed with myself. Unfortunately, due to circumstances, the race is postponed until next week.

Did the Toyota Gazoo Racing round 5 event thing at autopolis.

My first championship race that I signed up for last weekend (I'm DR and SR B and S). Qualified second, finished second with fastest lap, only because I missed a gear at the start like an idiot. 1.8 second gap at the end and 20 seconds ahead of 3rd. Gap was actually down to 0.7 but then missed a gear again on the last lap 🤦‍♂️

If I'm honest, getting onto the grid was my main goal and anything else was a bonus!
Also tried to improve some license times for National B.

I started the 1 hr Spa until I got sleepy then quit and I got my three star ticket and got an 8000 muffler for RX7 FD. So I actually got something worst than 10K credit. I didn't realize how out of whack parts prices are.

Did the 'extra menus' after the last update were there are 3 car sets.
But...try as I may how on earth do I get the
Honda NSX type R 92 and Mazda RX-7 GTX (FC) 90
all others ok.

Do i have to wait for them to appear in the 'used car' section and but them ?

Yes.

Although you can also win the RX-7 by getting all golds in the Beyond the Horizon missions:

Done a bit more grinding ready for the upcoming update. Took the Renault RS01 to LeMans. Forgot what a great drive this car is. Then tried a bit of livery editing on the Toyota Supra. It's a bit beginner-ish. Work in progress you might say. Took it for a little spin on the Ring. Then took the swapped M3 to LeMans, just for the credits.
Yet another 3 star ticket of dispondency gave a racing muffler for a Ford Focus 🙄.

Edit: Daily race A at St Croix. Qualified 8th, finishing 4th. Best result yet & a clean race bonus, only my 2nd in 18 races, 2 in 2 days 😁 buzzin...

As today here is a regional holiday (Día da Patria Galega) I did the Red Bull Ring 1h mission and got silver (my aim is to complete all missions, gold is not a must for me)
Bought the Carrera GT, Veneno and a Honda Beat. My workout ticket reward was a lowering suspension kit for the AMG Black Series so I bought one as the car was "seducing" me

Jumped into the BMW VGT (again) and did it's Driving Park race. The Peugeot and the Porsche got me today. Then did Deep Forest Reverse and won literally on the last corner because the Peugeot and Porsche got log jammed in with some lapped cars in the twisty section, and braked far too much for the last turn. The Porsche's insane speed almost caught me at the line. It's amazing how Deep Forest has such great flow in normal direction (my fave track) but in reverse it's so incredibly abrupt.
