One purchase of the 250 GTO, and...

I was a little disappointed there wasn't any Sarah dialogue like there is for each 100 milestone you get to.

On the GTP account, I ran the first (9 am CST) GTWS GT3 race, drawing number 4 in an all-D/S room that started full. As I didn't want to cause any problems, and I had intermediates on instead of full-wets for a qualifying session that was drenched, I didn't take a qualifying lap, with one person dropping outj, one going out on slicks (and somehow posting a time), and another 2 getting on track too late to take a time. That left me to start in 15th and last.

There was a ringer who qualified more than 20 seconds faster than everybody else. Meanwhile, I had to deal with somebody with a 1-bar connection netcoding all over the place, and only made it up to 10th due to driving errors (and me letting people by as I didn't have wet-track pace). I somehow got clear of that bad connection during my lap 2 pit stop for medium tires. More incidents and poor pit strategy got me to 4th and on the tail of 3rd by Dottinger Hohe on lap 4, but the idiot kept blocking. I finally got by in the first turn on lap 5 because he was more intent on ramming than anything else.

I was still 12 seconds back of 2nd, but he had a massive off just before Pflanzgarten, and I got by. Remember what I said about the ringer? Despite doing 2 stops, he was the only one to actually take the checkered flag, though for some reason, the game deemed me 1:48 behind in the final standings. I had a couple offs, that slog of a battle with the wrecker, and a couple of ghosted spun-out drivers I couldn't avoid because of the speed differential, so no CRB. It was still light out when the time ran out.

I wasn't so fortunate with the point haul (6) or the Wheel of Despair - the 9th 3-star of 27 (and pending the Plus run, 12th of 53) of the month puked up the lowest-possible 5,000 Cr. I'll be lucky to get the minimum prizes at the end of the Manufacturers Cup.

As I don't have 50 Sport races yet, I went back to the 'Ring in a rental Toyota MR2. I started 10th of 11, 3rd of 4 to not take a time, in a mixed C/D field. It wasn't brilliant, but I did get up to 7th of 9 who finished.

I then rented a Corvette at St. Croix. I was 11th of 15, and 1st of those who didn't take a time, in an all-D/S room. Thanks mostly to dropouts, and not helped by pitting a second time because I didn't take tires the first time or by a bunch of offs (side note - I HATE St. Croix), I finished 10th.

I rented another Corvette at Dragon Trail. I was 14th of 16, and 2nd of 4 who didn't take a time, in a mixed C/D room. I did my usual talent(less) enhancement on another track I detest, finishing 15th and almost getting back to E DR. 13 more of these and I'm done with Sport mode on this account. That is the rest of the Manufacturers Cup, the entirety of the Nations Cup, and 6 daily races.

On the Plus account, I rented the Cayman at Dragon Trail, starting 13th of 14 (and 1st of 2 not taking a time) in a mixed C/D room. That's where I finished, only because somebody dropped out. I'm almost back to E DR here as well, but thanks to a clean race, my SR is now a max-S.

At the Nurburgring, I was 10th and last in a mostly-C room. Thanks to a pair of offs, I finished 8th.

At St. Croix, I rented a BMW M6 GT3 Endurance and started 16th/last in a mixed C/D room. My connection was dodgy, so I ensured I stayed at the back. Thanks solely to dropouts, I was credited with a 12th-place finish, which somehow didn't relegate me to E DR.

The 4-star Wheel of Despair was its usual lowest-possible 10,000 Cr. self. Strangely, I am now 0.6 3-star tickets below expectations on the Plus account, a miracle considering the extended streak I started the year with, and am in on the GTP account.

Today was decent gaming session in GT7 to say the least:

  • Logged on and got the 200k reward as you do.
  • Then proceeded to do a online daily race on the Dragon Trail gardens, little qaulifying, then onto the RACE!
  • I won that with sum fun josseling for 1st place, leaders butting heads as i followed and a good old timer in an ALFA 155 kept up wtih my decent pace! (PIC BELOW) Won that race! Rank up wohoo.
  • Then moved onto the FUJI TT and after a few shunts and spins/misses in the NSX GT500 Racecar, I manage a 1:28 time! I think its very decent considering im on a controller bob thingy. I was kinda proud of it!
  • Moved on to the weekly races, did the neo classic again at Redbull with my 787B then obught a crappy Tesla 3, blacked it out stealth style then finisehd the one make Tesla race which was mind nubmlingly boring.
  • Did sum draggys in my NSX (tuned to 934bhp) again wth NISMO GTR drag car.
  • Then finisehd up with some more random Scapes photos.

Big frustration today .
First i realise that all that time didn't needed to have ps plus to enter at Time Trials 😱 as other members inform me.

Second my yesterday purchase went to a " wallet" at PSN and not at ps plus.
I could run qualifying but not the race its self 🥴

I don't remember how exactly but i manage to purchase a ps plus subscription for 3 months since my wallet had only 60 Euro.
Anyway at March ill put another 60 to get 12 months subscription if needed.

I also don't know if playing with other friends needs ps plus or not ,cause i bought it just for that.
If someone knows ill be glad to inform me 🤔

Finally i did my first online race with Prius ending up at 6th place
And a 6* ticket from daily marathon calm me down a bit.
There’s a split screen multiplayer option on the map. You don’t need PS+ for that afaik. But for any online races (either in Sport or in Paddocks) you’ll need the subscription.

Ran the Manufacture's Series yesterday and completed the first four races in the weekly bonus races for both accounts. I don't thonk I will be running the hour long fun at Spa this week. Today threw down some qualification\practice laps for Wednesday's race, ran a series of qualification laps for Daily race C in the AMG Gr3, and finally updated the GranTracker with yesterday's results.

At 2,500,000 Cr. (1,500,000 Cr. unless you pass somebody under a yellow flag for the race, 1,000,000 Cr. for the last of the weekly bonuses) for (just over) a hour of effort (which can easily be won with a 2008-era GT500 car with no tuning other than having rain tires available), I recommend doing it.

Ran the GR3 chili pepper race at Panorama with the Pennzoil GTR. That car absolutely flies. Still only managed a second and 17 seconds back. That's a tough one and it requires absolute accuracy. It's the first time I've really used that car since back in the day and it's good!

Getting the best of the last days with an extra free time, I completed the WTC800 events by racing at High Speed Ring (20 laps) and Autopolis (10 laps). Both occasions with my trustworthy CLK LM 98.

Bought some cars in the used dealership, being the Honda NSX 92 the best of them, and finished the session driving at Trial Mountain with my Jaguar XJ 220 at the Hyper Parade Cars event.

Happy new year everybody!

1. Bought a car (the 2nd at Cr. 20.000.000 this month)

2. Seriously improved my silver time on Spa with the C4: 2:43.091

3. Completed the Fishermans Ranch duel race.

Happy evening / morning / afternoon / YEAR 2024 GT7 folks

Keep the credits. Attempted 3 times, quit all 3 times, terrible AI driving. White knuckle driving in the rain AND dark, doing really good 3rd go around but as I past the pit entrance the rain radar updated and dump the Atlantic Ocean on me as I was climbing the hill with my 1 lap RH tires. From that point I could not keep it straight on the track and got fed up with this race before I even made it to the fist S turns. Now 20th place, downpour, RH tires . . . called race 3 due to weather and anger issues.

Thanks for the advice but I am calling it a day for racing.

I decided it was Group C at Sardegna Day. On the GTP account, I used the Porsche 959, after re-powering it to 800 PP after an older tune with RH tires I had for the Neoclassical Cup de-powered itself to under 760 PP. It does require the tiniest bit of fuel saving to make it 8 laps on fuel, but the tires last better than 15, and it's capable of finishing in under 25 minutes in better hands than mine were today. The last 4-star Wheel of Despair of the year gave...you guessed it...the lowest-possible 10,000 Cr.

On the Plus account, it was Praiano's 800 PP tune for the Mazda 787B at Sardegna. I almost got it under 24 minutes, but it is a handful to drive. My fast lap was a 1:31.700, and the only lap that was worse than 1:40.000 was my pit-in lap of 8. I shouldn't have said anything about finally getting below expectations on the 3-star Wheel of Despair, as the 4th of 28 (and 13th of 56) this month sent 2023 off on the wrong note. At least it wasn't completely useless - it gave a Toyota GR Corolla.

Another thing I attempted was the Spa 60 min weekly event. I was aiming for a clean race bonus since it'll be huge but honestly after wasting about an hour of my time I got frustrated and quit. I'll have to get over the clean bonus I guess. The AI is absolutely ruthless and nonsensical.

You really cant lose the CRB in that race other then passing under yellow flag. Its just like le man 700pp and Sardegna.

Golded the first 4 Tokyo circuit experiences. The last couple days I've been working on getting gold in every one. I did six or seven tracks yesterday as well. Cheers all. Happy new year and I hope it's your best yet!
Ahhh ok, now I know where all these notifications come from :D Good job Mate because these circuits are far from easy (I don't like urban circuits).

I'll have a look to these CEs to gold and see what I can do here...

Happy 2024 to you (once again  )

Took another run at the Tsukuba CE. Gold on the sectors no problem, but for the life of me I can’t get closer than four hundredths of a second to the gold on the one lap.
What are your times on the 3 sectors?
