Last night I started on a personal crusade to try each Gr.3 cars in the 1 hour Spa race.
So far I am finding out this is easier than I imagined....just pit strategy and timing of such pit stops

Did a great Daily Race C, started 14th and worked my way up to 4th place overall in the Hyundai Gensis GR3 car. Very good car so well balanced and quick. But im not an entire fan of Sardegna reversed. Also, I could not save the great replay as i ran out of memory and it peeved me right off as I loved the race and wanted to review it!! God damn PS5 storage woessss!!!

Did a good Daily Race B came 10th overall and some funny SSR X lobby races.

Today I was able to have a 2nd gaming session (vacation time, isn't that a lovely thing?) and then I recorded and uploaded another Nurburgring lap.

This time I had a track day with a Volvo V40. Not much of a tune, I had weight reduction 2, customizable LSD, some elementary engine parts and sport suspension and sport brakes. The car runs on sport hard tyres.

The lap if anybody fancies watching it:

I went to the post office to pick up a Dual Sense this evening. Outside was this yellow Camaro with a simple yet sharp looking livery, so I made a note of it and created something similar in the game. The car I saw wasn't exactly like any of the in game Camaros so my livery isn't exact, but I did what I could.
I raced online at Sardegna, finished weekly challenges, and finished the B license with all gold in the new demo.

Show it....

I forgot to do the time trial on the GTP account despite getting the first 3 daily collectibles from monitoring the UCD and Hagerty's markets, so there was no bonus from that. I did the Weekly Challenges though:
  • Goodwood Sunday Cup Classic in 3:41 with a MINI Mini-Cooper 'S' tuned to 337 PP
  • Road Atlanta American FR Challenge in 4:52 with a stock Chevrolet Camaro SS (the Ford Mustang GT that is under the 550 recommended PP is too slow to catch the hopped-up Ford Sierra, and even the Camaro needed the Sierra to start in the middle of the field)
  • Colorado Springs Evolution Meeting in 6:29 with a Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VIII MR GSR tuned to 577 PP on dirt tires
  • Sarthe Hypercar Parade in 12:23 with a stock Ferrari F8 Tributo
  • Monza Special Event in an easy 15:24 with a stock Alfa Romeo 155 2.5 V6 TI
As for the Wheels of Despair, the parts login gave me a stroke up S for an engine that already has loads of them, the engine login gave me another (and useless) Pikes Peak engine, the all-cash 5-star gave me the middle fing...er...showing/lowest-possible 100,000 Cr., and the 3-star marathon gave me a BMW M2 (sold for 47,950 Cr.).

On the Plus account, the Weekly Challenges were blitzed:
  • Goodwood in 3:18 with a stock Ferrari 308 GTB
  • Road Atlanta in 4:32 with a Chevrolet Corvette C7 ZR1 lightened to 682 PP
  • Colorado Springs Evolution Meeting in 6:36 with a Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution IV GSR tuned to 537 PP on dirt tires
  • Sarthe in 12:24 with the same Corvette as before
  • Monza in 13:36 with a Porsche 919 Hybrid tuned to 890 PP
The parts Wheel of Despair gave another ultra-high rpm turbo for the 2017 Nissan GT-R NISMO, the engine ticket gave an engine for the Mazda 787B, the all-cash 5-star Wheel of Despair gave the same middle-finger/lowest-possible 100,000 Cr. as on the GTP account, and the 4-star Wheel of Despair puked up a full-custom computer for the Maserati MC20.

So today I focused on Daily Race C to help boost my SR and DR ranking. After 3 races, two that were so funny and the third being my strongest, I achieved a podium place of 2nd place, very happy and hope to keep this consistency before the change of dailies by the end of the week! Hyundai Genesis Coupe has been a strong contender!

EDIT: Just to add since I uploaded this after, this was the chaos in my first race yesterday!

Oh joy the lag!!!

Had a good race yesterday on the last day before the new daily races got updated, I blasted the 2011 BMW Z4 GT3 Racer around Sardegna, it was good race but got into a bash at the high speed first corner on lap 4 or 5 and then had to recover my entire race, managed to do so and gained back up to 3rd place after a pit stop to get on the RS tyres and thats that, a good overall race before XmAs. Good fun despite the bish bashing.

Also did the weekly race and some of the online Time trials. Improved my redbull time also but thats in the other thread. Also managed to get a Porsche invite I wonder what i could use that for hmmm.:sly:

I did 53 laps in the X2014 standard on Monza attempting to recreate the 2024 Italian Grand Prix.

On the GTP account, after spending a couple of quality hours doing My First Gran Turismo, I was gifted 18 cars. 4 of those, the 2002 Audi TT Coupe 3.2 quattro, 1992 Honda NSX Type R (or at least a higher-mileage example), 2018 Suzuki Jimny XC, and 2014 Volkswagen Golf VII GTI, were sold as surplus for, respectively, 18,100 Cr., 273,260 Cr., 6,720 Cr., and 13,850 Cr. I also picked up the last of the daily login bonuses, 250,000 Cr., "earned" nearly a week ago while checking UCD/Hagerty's prices.

For a workout ticket, I rented a Renault Megane and tried to hustle around Goodwood. I HATE that track, but I somehow managed a sub-1:28.1 time. The all-cash 4-star ticket maxed out at 1,000,000 Cr.

On the Plus account, I decided to try Daily Race A after collecting my 250,000 Cr. for logging in 5 days. After finding the Corvette too unstable, I went with the AMG. Everybody else used up quite a bit of boost early, which left me well behind. A couple crashed out, so I managed a clean 9th. The insulting 4-star Wheel of Despair gave the "high"-showing/lowest-possible 10,000 Cr.
