I don't believe it was changed, but if it was then they took great care in making sure it still has the Oblivion Jank™ that gave the original its charm. I've certainly seen some of the questionable pathfinding and wacky item physics that I remembered from way back in 2006.I understand that the visuals have been remade in UE5. Is the base gameplay engine still Creation?
Admittedly I was worried at first and thought "oh no, this looks a little too good", but then I got into the Imperial City, saw that the NPC's all have Jim Carrey-ish rubber faces and the added lip syncing is just off enough to greatly exaggerate that, and was quite satisfied that it's still very much Oblivion. Its UE5 on top of the Creation engine. Impressively they retextured everything and likely uses Lumen GI, with two graphic modes on Series X. It looks modern but feels classic.
Never got into the orignal. But I’m loving the remaster.Well it had to be done.
It’s been a long while since I last played Oblivion. So…

I keep seeing people compare Expedition 33 to FFX, with FFX being my favourite FF game it has peaked my interest, I had never even heard of the game until now.Well, after I got excited by Oblivion's Remaster, I decided to try the game whose spotlight it somewhat robbed: Clair Obscure Expedition 33. I'm just one hour into it and the start is strong and haunting. It reminds me of Final Fantasy X and a time when I enjoyed turn-based JRPGs before they became 100-hour behemoths.
My turn-based combat skills are rusty AF...
Concurrently, I still gallop around the feudal Japanese countryside, hunting for every ornament vendor I can find and wondering if Bonsai trees are in the game... Ah, yes, and kill a local warlord, and some bandits too.
Yeah, while I'm not normally one for zombie/horror games. Gave Days Gone a chance when it was on PS+ a few years back and I was super glad I did. Fantastic story (albeit it maybe drags on a little too long) and honestly, one of the best open worlds I've experienced. It really nailed the whole vibe of being in the middle of a zombie apocalypse.Days Gone Remastered (PS5). Not sure it needed a remaster, but I am happy to play it again with some added game modes/featrures. Think the original game was a bit underrated and easy to dismiss as another zombie game. But surprisingly likable characters, a decent story told well, gorgeous world to explore and a fantastic soundtrack makes it a hidden gem if you ask me.
I remember back in Summer of 2022 when I had my PS Plus subscription, that was featured in one of the months where they let you download three games for free. Hot Wheels Unleashed was one of them and I was unsure about it so I skipped it, but next time I see it I will definitely give it a try, what challenges and gameplay are in it? Idk if I should try it now, now that read that you had difficulty with it. Hmmmm...I finally tried Hot Wheels Unleashed since I got it free from PS Plus.
It's quite fun but after a while my rage is unleashed.
Is this game supposed to be this hard? I'm on medium difficulty here and it's gradually getting harder.
Trackmania with brake to drift handling. Awesome game.what challenges and gameplay are in it
So, I did exactly what I said I was going to do. I recently replayed Spyro 1 with a GameShark code, allowing me to use Super Flame throughout the entire game. Had a pretty good time with it, and the added bonus of that cheat helped spice things up a bit. It was nice being able to get gems faster than usual and defeat enemies in a single flame. My thoughts on this game have certainly evolved since my first playthrough. 👍I am considering going back and getting all the skill points for this once I beat the game. I already mentioned I was going to replay Spyro 2 with permanent superflame, but I am considering giving Spyro 1 a similar treatment via Gameshark codes since I had fun with it this year. I'll probably mess around with the prototypes of each game too since they have a lot of interesting stuff that never made it to the final.
