But I agree, yellow shouldn't be illegal as it provides better visibility, you are making your car safer. Plus if aligned correctly and with the right bulb in the right housing it'll be easier on the eyes of other motorist as well.

I think my favourite car around here is the Dodge Charger that runs green headlights. Yes, green headlights!

I use 6000k HID low beams and...3000k(?) fogs. They aren't any worse than most stock HID setups. And 6000k is just a touch blue at 35W.

I just saw an Acura TL yesterday running green fog lights. It was weirdest thing to be driving on the freeway and then you see green light, moving. Talking of headlight colors though, I think the most annoying would be red headlights/accents, and yes, people do use those.

I buffed the headlamp lenses with this glass cleaner called Cerama-Bryte, works great on headlamp lenses, when they start turning yellow, and get all faded and crap. works well on taillights as well. When I was driving home from Reliant Center last night, I noticed the lights were dim, even though we just put in a new battery, and the headlamp bulbs were replaced only a month ago. so, I brought the TL back home, busted out a rag and the Cerama-Bryte, and buffed the headlights and taillights until they shined like diamonds.

yeah, but I agree with what you previously said, 12000K are annoying as 🤬. I might put yellows in there, and put some more foggys on the front. I hope that Mom'll just buy a new car so I can keep the TL; freaking love this car. I'm turning it into a hillclimb/rally/track car anyway, so yellow would look sick.

Depending on where you live yellow headlights are illegal as Keef pointed out. Does the TL have HIDs currently? If not you can get the HID housings off a TL forum, put a 4300k kit in them and put halogen yellow bulbs in for the fogs. Do not put HIDs in fog lights as they won't work.

If you want looks along with it just get headlight film and tint your lights yellow.

yellow headys illegal = It's Texas, IDK.

also, as for the foggys, I was going to add external ones around the front grille. I just got a TireRack account, and I ordered new bulbs and other important bits that I might talk about later.

Only yellow low-beams are outlawed. I have three friends who've been ticketed for yellow high beams - all old BMW and VW drivers. Old car...yellow lights...pretty logical to me, but whatever.

Civic has been gone for a while. Sold it when I was unemployed and bought a somewhat cheaper '94 Sentra SE-R to get some extra cash. The clutch just went out on the Sentra for the second time since I bought it and I've already fixed it once, didn't want to do it again. So right now I'm bumming rides until my grandparents release the money they promised my family.

Hoping to pick up another Miata with the money.

Had a wheel and suspension check done on The Cereal Box to see what got bent and what didn't with that run up the kerb I did a while back. Basically the front left of the car has to be stretched back into place as the camber and caster were 4 degrees off what they should be, front left wheel bearing is loose, and the two front tyres need replacing. Could have been worse...

I want to say they lower it like 1.5 front and 1.6 rear. It won't be "hellaflush" slammed, but I think it should close it up nicely. Here's some photoshops a member over on gencoupe.com did for me:

Sportlines drop quite a lot. I have them. About perfect ride height for a daily driver. Still gotta be careful about some things, but not awful. Can't wait to put my Konis on and improve the ride quality though.

I put some oil in the eclipse, But either it needs a hardcore oil change or something broke since the oil pressure gauge didn't even come up today. But then again nothing really on the left side of the gauges work.

What did I do to my car today?
Run over a pothole I didn't see and it broke one of the airbags in the suspension of my Audi allroad.
How did I found out? Well after work the rear left of the car was lower then the rest of the car was, so I turned on the car and you can hear air leaking out of the suspension bag and the compressor trying to fill it up.
Its hell when something like this happens in the middle of the week when you have no time to replace it.

Now on a completely unrelated note take the train, or take the Viper GTS to work tomorrow Either will be uncomfortable getting there in.
