Actually, hb halicki works, too. hb haliki doesn't, however. :P

Actually, yes it does.

Ooops, I forgot the letter c. Well judging from the 60 seconds website, I'd have to say Halicki would want something fast, easy to steal (this rules out Mercedes, Beamers, and newer cars with sophisticated alarms), and stupidly obvious. I never saw the movie but I'm gonna say the '69 Camaro...so long as it can be hotwired with a piece of gum foil like Emelio Estevez did in Repo Man!

What would Charlie Chaplin, prince of the silent films drive? **hint: what car makes no sound???

Yes i think it's on "Don't Cry" clip, but that's not their 1st song... they made alot of songs before that one...

I own a part of the UYI concert, from japan. And on that concert axl says right before playing dont cry, GNR's first song as a band. Maybe I'm wrong, after all i usually am haha

well i dont know if this would be his style, but the Jag XKR is very quiet i think

Ha ha, i was thinking the Toyota Prius! Cuz it's so quiet...get it? alrite, bad joke.

Waht about the king of Pop & pedophelia, Michael Jackson?

ohhhh boy...well i believe he drives a bentley, or shoudl i say is driven in a bentley. Im stumped so ill just have to say...a bentley, cause hes too rich.

(i wanted to make a funny about his pedophelia, but i just couldnt think of any:()

Was the Prius in GT2 ?

If not, then I think Charlie Chaplin drove Model T Fords several times in movies.

Oh wait, so the Prius was in GT2

ok now whos next? how about... Kimi Raikkonen, im thinking something very fast but not very reliable 💡

Oh really? See cuz i was thinking the perfect car would be that hidden one--the Mercedes you can only get with a gameshark...sorry i forget which model.

What about Mr. Rogers?

What about Mr. Rogers?
Now that's a tough one. I can't decide between a Subaru 360 and a Daihatsu Midget. I'm tending towards the latter because I think he might need the utility space.

But on the other hand, he was very American. And rather dull. So perhaps a Dodge Neon, or perhaps a Ford Taurus SHO if he didn't mind looking like he had at least a little money.

The next one's too easy...

David Hobbs

hmm.. well personally when i picture david hobbs racing i see him in a small roadster, so id say the old lotus elan or something along that line.

how about that michelin tire guy (the white puffy guy)

Actually in the Legends of Motorsport episzoe no longer shown on SPEED TV, David Hobbs drove a GT40 with Mike Hailwood to 3rd place at 1969 Le Mans. Jackie Ickx and Jackie Oliver won in another GT40.

http://www.diecastsportscar.com/LeMans/lemans66to71.html

The episode was entitled La Ronde Infernale, and ended with Hobbs talking about how a mis-installed brake part likely cost them first place, and how his dear old mum used to say, "It's better to be born lucky than rich".

According to the above diecast site, Hobbs' car was #7 while the Ickx/Oliver car was #6. Does the car in GT2 have a number?

Actually, he drove a similar car (with Peter Hawkins) in 1968, too, but DNF.

Two man 24 hour teams. Wow.

My thoughts exactly. Mr. Rogers would definiately be something totally impractical, toyish, and silly. A Taurus SHO is actually too cool for such a creepy nerd as Mr. Rogers!

The Michelin Man would definately drive a Renault Clio Sport!

What about A.J. Foyt? What would he drive in GT2?

aha so thats what it was, i also watch that show and i remember seeing him racing, but for some reason i thought he drove a triumph or lotus. gt40s are cool too though :)
In 1964 he did drive a Triumph Spitfire at Le Mans, as seen in the Legends of Motorsport episode Spitfires at Le Mans.

The old intro was a bit over the top. Something like "and also on the team was an up-and-coming young Englishman who went on to have a brilliant racing career, eventually becoming a Speedvision commentator. (bouncing up-and-down on flexed toes) Now who might that be?".

And then he concluded after the episode with, "Ah, the ravages of time...".

A web search suggests he drove a similar car in the 1965 Le Mans, too.

Either one of the muscle cars or the GT40. He won Le Mans in the GT40, and the GT40 and muscle cars are definitely his kind of car. He doesn't like modern racers with wings and aero bits and any kind of driver aids.

Oh...definately the Escudo...no doubt...hybrided with an engine tomake it go even faster, dude!

What abou;t Pablo Picasso? :./

blue_sharky39
It's not in GT2, but mister Pablo would drive a.... can you guess?

Citroen Picasso. ;)

Ha ha i was thinking something artsy fartsy like the Mercedes Avantgarde A160

I thought he'd drive one of those race-modded Civics with the patchwork paintjobs.

Yes man, very true. There's also the hideous looking R mod for the Datsun 240Z.

What would Jimi Hendrix drive in gT2???
