I hope you're not talking about Jazz and Lounge music because it's part of the soul of Gran Turismo.
It might be a part of the soul, but you can't deny it, after days and days of listening to that mambo-jambo in Prologue it starts to eat your brain. I still don't feel like turning the music of from the options.
I think the Jazz music is classy. Too many race games try to be extreme and edgy with rock music and such.
This I can relate to as it is more classy in my opinion as well and although it remains a question of taste it's probably also the "safest" option as opposed to a rather cliche heavy rocktrack that makes me immediately turn off the menu music in a lot of other games.
Having said this, it does eventually ( and rather sooner than later ) become repetitive and annoying and after the novelty wears off I turn it off.
Eh, agreed, the menu music is what makes GT unique among the genre. I understand picking randomly from contemporary rock bands for menu music would appeal to a younger age group, but then it'll just feel like every other game out there.
On a semi-related note; hey PD, be nostalgic and give us the old menu music from GT1. Mazda's and Honda's themes, please!
What are you talking about? The new sedan "non-hatchback" is in the current GamesCom demo.
Dont play 24 nuburgring then.

Not the same thing in my book, far from it.I did not think of that. Even if there is no drag racing mode, we can create our own online. However, we will need to use a headset in order to sync our starts.
Because a real life drag strip (such as Bandimere Speedway or Infineon Raceway) would be so much more detailed, and most importantly it would have a "christmas tree", plus I prefer real life stuff to fantasy stuff any day of the week.Explain why.
The "Las Vegas Drag Strip" is already in GT4, isn't that enough? I can't imagine real drag events in GT5, and honestly I don't need anything like that, but I'm sure that there will be at least one drag-racing-track in the game.
Hopefully the 2012 Nissan GT-R

I love the new GT-R and the fact that it has a RWD mode! Hopefully it could be put in GT5 through an update and PD could make a way to use it's RWD mode.
Last I heard that was still just an internet rumor. If it is true, I'm guessing it will be more like 15/85 power split like other AWD cars, except it won't have on demand distribution so it will stay 15/85 no mater what the conditions.
Explain why.
