Of course
Right so first things first. You will have to resize your car livery to 2048x2048 otherwise the game gets really confused. Afterwards, you will have to name it the correct thing. I had a look and depending on which Lambo it is, you will be saving it under: Lamborghini_FL2_Body.dds or Lamborghini_LP560_Body.DDS. When saving it as a .DDS file you will have to choose what type you need. For the body, you need to save it as a DXT1 file with mipmaps turned on. At that point you should have everything saved correctly for the body. The windows will also be saved as a .DDS file. There was only 1 window file for the Lambo that I could find and it was named Lamborghini_LP560_Windows.DDS Save it as a DXT5 type file with no mipmaps.
Once that is done, got to where ever you have the game and mod saved. For me it was C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GTR 2 - FIA GT Racing Game\GameData\Teams\EEC GT3\Ginetta G55 You will go into the Lamborghini section titled "Lamborghini Gallardo" and paste the files that you just saved in there. If you have done everything correctly, you should now be able to open the game up and go into the car viewer/showroom area and see your livery.
--Note that this is a temporary way to have the livery in-game just for testing it. When you are 100% satisfied, then there are different steps to get everything together for sending the car to Rallymorten.--
Here are links to some things that are needed/helpful:
EEC GT3 3.0 mod:
http://www.drivingitalia.net/forum/index.php?app=downloads&showfile=6931 (note an account is needed)
GEditor (allows you to take a peek and see what you need to name your cars, also will be needed for getting things together when you are done) :
http://www.nogripracing.com/details.php?filenr=1863 (registration is also needed)
There is probably a way that I can send at least the GEditor mod to you if you don't want to register there, but I'm not sure how big you can go on file sizes here @ GTP which might rule out sending the EEC mod if needed.
As far as I can tell that is just about it. Let me know if you have any questions and I'll try to answer.
