I would like a better "matchmaking" system when driving against AI. Now you have to upgrade your cars sometimes to completely unrealistic settings to have a chance.
The best solution is done in Shift 2 (almost everything else in this game is horrible, by the way). Whatever car you choose, you always get the rivals in your own range.
