Just need a Viper, Jaguar, M3 and M4 (to replace the one I sold) then I'll have all currently available HE cars.

After getting my highest skill combo this morning, the resulting spin netted me the M4 as my first Horizon Edition.

Now to find a livery idea for it.

I've always been fond of the BMW art cars that raced at LeMans. Has anyone created those liveries yet?

Thank you for the inspiration. I really like the Mondrian style and was thinking of using it for a Polaris paint. It would work really quite well on the M4 I reckon.

Feels like forever since I've bagged a Horizon Edition car...

Other winnings today include the Lexus GS, Ford Ranger T6, Ferrari F355 and 2014 Range Rover

Tried the 'drift tap' exploit with a Focus RS HE, and the Triple Skills XP perk activated.

Did it for around half an hour. Levelled about 70 or so levels. Not sure how many spins, but a lot.

Won 3 Horizon Edition cars, but as of a few hours ago I have them all. So these 3 are straight to the Auction House.

Won this, pretty pleased. It's the only non-HE car I've won in a Wheelspin that I liked.

Curious, when it's spinning, do you guys hit any buttons or just let it naturally stop?
Does hitting the buttons have any effect on when it stops?

Hitting the buttons has no effect on when it stops, so I just let it finish spinning on it's own.

Got various credit prizes plus Lotus 111s, Volvo 850 and Bentley Continental GT Speed, not bad....

First duplicate! Granted, because I recently bought the missing HE cars. Which means that I won 7 HE cars over the course of ~ 320 levels. One every 45 levels. Considering the spins you get for completing events, it seems like one HE car per 50 spins or something like that.

Either way, onto the auction house the Camaro went. The game offered me 80k Credits instead of the Camaro, in case I didn't want a duplicate. The nerve!

Well I have all the HE's now so I don't sweat it when one does not come up, but it would be nice to score an extra one.

I found out why I wasn't winning specifically the M4 & GT Horizon Editions. It's because I had already bought them from the auction house, and because of that I would never win them from wheelspins until I sold them.
So within a few spins of selling them, I won them....

Just a little upset :banghead::banghead::banghead:

Here are the buttload of dupes I've been getting before I sold the M4 & GT.

Yeah, it all seems a little weird. The way the game avoids duplicates is neat and all, but I feel like it's only increasing the rarity for cars you already have - it's not preventing you from getting them. I've only gotten two dupes of regular cars so far (Bentley Continental GT Speed and Mercedes-Benz 190E 2.6-16 Evolution II) - never seens some of the real expensive cars, though - eg, anything that's more than a million :indiff: I wonder if those things start to appear on the wheelspins eventually.

I'd deem it to be a bit lame to get handed dupe after dupe while there still is a bunch of cars you don't own.

/edit:
Almost forgot, got a second GT HE today. Saving up ~50 wheelspins will do that, I suppose

Not a bad day of wheelspins, bagged another two HE cars

And some of the times I won the featured car in spins

The thing is, (as you can see) I had no problem getting dupes of other cars that I've won from wheelspins. As for the ones I originally bought from the auction house, they rarely ever showed up as the "jackpot" compared to the other HE cars which showed up frequently.
I've had the M4 HE listed as the jackpot 15 times the other day and I never won it until I sold the one I bought off the auction house. The same applied for the GT, but I only had it appear about 10 times.Any other HE cars were easier to win as they showed up more often since I didn't buy them.

It's very confusing, which is why I tried to find out for so long why I wasn't winning them.
