I never said guys in the 20's were common, You guys thought 6:36 was OMG SUPER FAST ALIEN for a while... Its pretty common to see those times, in the right room.

No. It is not common to see 36s without draft. Maybe in a room full of fast guys. 36 is a fast driver, 31 is an alien. Not sure what a 27 is (class A alien?).

Don't know if everyone would view me as 1 of the elite or not but these are my best 550pp lap times round the nurburgring (stand still start, no aids, use control pad)
Corvette z06: 6 33
M3 csl: 6 32
Audi r8: 6 31.
Lexus LFA (note: not easy to drive with all that understeer): 6 27

Thanks for jumping in 👍 The R8 was the fastest car I'v seen online and was told a LFA could go low 30 (Like 35/34).

We have established that there is a secret room of ring masters that you guys don't know about. 6:36 is common (I see it in other rooms, not just the wizard of OZ room) 6:31 is pretty good. Anything in the 6:20's and I start to worry, IF they are consistent.

6:31 is way off alien pace.

At least one of the UK guys saved my 6:27. Its possible one may come forward before saturday.

I here to backup your claims Mr roskolove. I've seen you do these times & JayMason too.

My fastest is 6.29 in the LFgAy. CSL is 6.30.8.

PSN: EliteFoghorn.

So JayMaySon1, Have you seen Rosckolove do a 6.27 online from standing start in a CSL at 550PP, No draft, Yes or No?

Edit beaten to it by elite foghorn, thanks!

Well, without spending a days of practicing, I don't think a non-alien could run 31 .

What do you call an alien?

Bro, please verify what I have said as fact (whats the fastest CSL time you remember me running?) You are my only hope until saturday, and I might get myself banned before then, because they are clueless jackals.

Phil, it was a joke.

P.S. I hope thats Elite_foghorn checking this out right now, he is also "in the know"

Ok. I havnt raced dayofwar for a while but I do remember that when I did race with him, he always kicked ass in that m3 on steroids that he has, 1 race we did, he started 3rd place, won the race and pulled off 6 31 so I know he can get in the the 6 20's. Another driver has now joined the 6 20's too, he's called angelA7

Thats just it, we practice. All it takes is practice. I sucked, until I practiced.
I got beat all the time, until I practiced.

Now, that I mother fword practiced. I DON'T suck, and I DON'T lose.

Practice, god dammit.

A7ngell was the guy that ran a 6:27 in the VW nardo concept, that i mentioned before. Never gave his name up because of the crap attitude on this site.

So, you haven't seen it?
4 secs is big difference and being in 3rd he would have draft too!

OK, looks like Rosck is part of a some sort of ring mad men...
Anyone in the low 30s feel like racing sometime sooner than saturday? I really want to see this.

@Rosck, still, you must be very good and practice a LOT to get that time (still not 100% sure but hey, we have more than you saying it now). I will never believe that "weekend racer" "I didn't know that's fast" bit.

Foghorn already verified.

Trust me dude. I don't get the "draft advantage" I get slowed down.

Like I said, you may not be trolling us on the time, but you know you are not just a little better than "average joe" .

Now I wish I can get online :( would love to race with the ring meisters and learn from the fast ones, although I doubt getting close to any of them, but sure fun to chase them

Ofcourse I am better. But I don't own a PS3, and play mostly on the weekends, sometimes more, sometimes less. Hence the saturday time limit.

If you go back and re-read the thread. You will notice, I have yet to contradict myself, once.

Same, i feel very slow now, like an OAP in a Nissan Micra.

He verified in the way that phil was asking (verbal, witness)

so....

Yup.

Go online with them hotshot. But I suggest you adjust your attitude and try to be a little smarter on the uptake. The Britts don't fancy arrogant outsiders much.

good luck.

if any1 wants to prove how fast they are in 550pp racing round the nurburgring, add any 1 of these guys on psn and they will show what fast racing is:
JayMaSon (me), dayofwar2009, kizachief, princeraja, angelA7, ghostrider, ect. laynwisdomyu makes a brill room for 550pp, alot of fast drivers go there, his room is normaly called respect yourself first. or you can come to my room. im only online on fridays and saturdays. my room is called room for clean pro's

Finally... You guys (GTP members) are like the germans in WWII. Off on a crazed rampage.

I feel like the Allies have finally come to help me in battle.

Are you good on other tracks or just the ring?

Unless GTAcedemy uses only the ring then yes you two have a good chance, but thats not gonna happen, you have to be a great all- rounder!

i have to honest, all round, any car on any track, im not bad but im not great ether, all i can say is im good enough i guess but nurburgring is what im best at

World War at the Ring  Who will win ? Axis or Allies ? :D

The no-named guys hiding in your backyard will clearly win.

The "worlds best" are still running in the 6:30's (still start, online) until they do that magical word I have been throwing around since the start aka "PRACTICE" they will get eaten alive. And thats exactly what was going to happen on saturday, Mr. arora.

I'm sure small_fryz will be down in the 20's before saturday though, especially after our new guests enlightened you all on whats possible, and what the "norm" is for people "in the know" online..

in my point of view, rookies or beginners get in the 6 50's, amateurs get in the 6 40's, the pro's get in the 6 30's and the elite get in the 6 20's. any1 agree?

I know most of these guys, The 24-25 is BS, said to be done with an R8 at 550pp. I know SRF was used in that one. But most of those guys are brittish, and the ones I was referring to earlier. You will notice princeraja is mentioned.

I have raced with jaymason, And he has an account on this site. Someone get him in here. THEGREATONE runs SRF. The rest don't. Kyzachief has pulled off a 6:28 (i think) with a miura at 550pp.

i might sound abit dumb but im confused, what the hell is SRF? doesnt ring a bell lol

pro's in my book have to hit 6:30.999. elite are in the 28's and lower.

anything after 6:35 is average all the way to the 40's being not so good. (just how I view it, no disrespect)

SRF is the driving aid "Skid recovery force" somtimes called, "Skid" They wanted to know if we used it. Thats how they are justifying our "impossible" lap times.

P.S. You enjoying the thread? :)

I think I might only do 6:4x.xxx with 550pp car and RS, at least that is the kind of time I used to do more than a year ago - using R33 GTR and NSX, it's been a long time since I use RS at the ring and I never use any aids - including ABS online. Mainly comfort tires now online :D

When i first started all i ever used was RS Tyres for about a year and raced online, then istarted getting into driving stock cars and tyres because everyone used to say how easy RS tyres are to drive on, but going back to them after about a year it actually seems harder than driving stock in some ways!

im gonna go practice now. if any1 wants to race me or and my psn friends 2moz, come to my room: room for clean pro's. anyone is welcome on 1 condition, you better be quick (as in the low 6 30's or even 6 20's) and clean.

RS tire is easier to push hard and finding the limit of grip, but will bite back hard when going over the edge.

Comfort tires - medium/hard - very hard to push to the limit, needs very smooth input, slight mistake means crashing - usually due to late braking and understeer from too much speed.

It's only a matter of adapting, although comfort tire is a lot harder to adapt IMO, especially without any aids ( ABS ).

Which one is harder do you think, driving a stock Cizeta V16T with comfort medium or racing soft ? If both are after for the fastest possible time, I think comfort would take more effort and even more without ABS.
