None. Never. At this point, I will probably never drive the 250 gto or the Miura and I don't care. I simply don't have the time and the patience to grind for days. (Not lucky enough with the car roulette)
Tbh, I'm disappointed. I wanted to support Poly by buying every single dlc. I can understand that GTsport is cheap everywhere and that Poly needs money. Paid dlc is ok after 8 months of free updates, microtransactions never. From a marketing point of view it's almost a suicide IMO. I can't even believe someone greeenlighted this at Sony.

The problem is they didn't put microtransactions on all cars.

I bought the two porsches simply to support PD in the hopes that future dlc and improvements keeps rolling in and keep getting better.
Might also buy the 2500hp tomahawk and depending on next months dlc whatever car i feel i need right away i may buy.
Wont spend more than 4-7 bucks a month though.

I havent really bought any this past year. I keep winning various cars on the daily workout.

I'm saving up for the 20 mil cars however. So far I have 9.2 mil cr.

Yeah but what is the chances of buying a 250gto and then getting it in a daily? (going on that hypothetical)

Unlikely. Let's go down a bit... has anyone ever won something like a Group C?

Let's see people win the Mercedes W08 first.

I won Nissan r92cp from daily.

3 cars purchased.. Ferrari GTO, The Honda EPSON NSX 08 and the Pagani

You fast than me at this time :lol::lol:

I take them all, from 22B to Zonda R.. and Supra '97:cheers:

I have 5+ million credits in the bank, saved up for something like the p1 :)

Fugu Z. It was calling me. I had to.

Seriously, at first, I figured why buy the cars if they are "free". Then, I remember what I always said about car games: it's like playing with Hot Wheels and RAdio controlled cars and slot cars.

It does feel different to "own" the car, in a sense. Until the game shuts down, I can restart my games, sell it and it's there if/when I want to use it again without grinding.

I have had $1.14 in my wallet forever. I purchased the Pontiac Trans AM and now I have a balance of $.06.
I wonder if I can get this refunded to me?

Zero and dont plan to.
Zero, and will not buy any.
No one forced you :)

It's too late, XD

I am but a mere VR hotlapper, and make a peasant's wage in GTS.

So tonight I bought my first cars with cash, the F50 and the M3.

The F50 was way too much, but the M3 purchase was just me being lazy :P
Save credits for UNICORN:lol:

I will be selling my Veyron and LaFerrari to afford the N-category cars this round because I'm broke in-game and grinding for credits makes me more mad than having to go to work every morning.

When I first got the game a couple months ago, I bought the Veyron and McLaren F1 so that my brother and I could local race with our favorite cars. He also bought an R8, a W08, and some Gr1 car. Those are the only cars that I've bought so far, but I'm tempted to buy the 10m credit cars so I don't have to grind for them. I have everything in the 2-3 million range.

I only bought the Merc F1 Car. Now I play enough that I can pretty much buy whatever i want by just playing the game. Plus doing the Nostalgic 1979 at Le Mans here and there keeps me with enough credits to get anything under 5 mill.

The average hourly minimum wage in the United States is $7.50 / hr.

At 2,000,000 Cr. for the Mercedes F1, that's what, at least 2 hours to grind the shortest grindfest event to get that car.

So there's very little utility in grinding for a user (enjoyment), and there's very little cost-effectiveness even if the user makes **** money.

I have zero issue with users deciding that the opportunity cost of grinding justifies spending a few bucks on a car they want.

Would you rather spend $3 on a car, around 20 minutes of labour, or 120 minutes of labour?
I would rather take Polyphony fixing their system and not making us grind for anything more than 20 hours for 5 5+ million cars.
