Which legendary Ferrari?

Looking to possibly purchase one of the vintage Ferraris from the legends dealership. I am not a Ferrari fanboy but can appreciate what they represent in the car world and would like one in my collection.

For driving pleasure (not worried about offline or online racing), would you suggest the current 250 GT Berlinetta or the 500 Mondial?

I don't own the Mondial, but I bought the 250 GT. IMO the 250 GT is simply wonderful.

250 gt is fantastic sound looks it’s a real legend

I don't have the 250 GT in GT7 but I have bought it in previous games and although it is a stunning looker and has a glorious engine it was actually a bit of a pig to drive. I wouldn't be in a rush to buy it in GT7. I don't have any experience of the Mondial I'm afraid.
The 330 P4 was my first expensive buy in GT7, having also owned it earlier games. It's fun to drive and is actually capable of winning races, although I realise that's not your priority. I used it for the Ferrari menu book races.

I would go for the 500 Mondial as it handles like a dream,stops easily and will beat any 700pp car. The 250 Berlinetta Passo Corto is faster than the 500 but uses more fuel.They both sound awesome so you pays your money and make the choice.
The 500 has one of the best chassis in the game, and even with skinny tyres and no aero it out handles many modern cars,I would put it in the top 5 of cars in the game.

I'll go with @bigmull on this one.
I own all of them, and regularly drive the Mondial, it handles great indeed, ( i think the 250 sound a bit better tho )
But you can't go wrong with either of these, but i'll go for the Mondial

I have both, the Mondial was a pleasant surprise, really nice handling and great for a drive out and about.

I picked up the 250 last night. Took it for a quick run on the stock tires and rather enjoyed it. Has always been visually my favourite GT and was so successful in real life I just had to buy it.

Are there any suitable races for it in the game. I don’t want to tune it at all so keen to know if there is something it can compete in stock.

Mondial for me. I have 4 of ‘em in various liveries and states of tune. One of my very favourite cars.

I know they aren’t Ferraris, but the Maserati Spyder and Alfa TZ2 Zagato are also great cars to drive. They can both win the Le Mans 30 min race.

I have most of the Ferraris. 330 P4 is probably my favorite. Decent performance (outstanding performance for 1967) and great balance, predictable and controllable for the era, and it's a nice view. I used it to grind at de la Sarthe, which I've used lots and lots of cars to do to try to keep it interesting, and probably enjoyed the 330 P4 as much as any. And tuned it and used it elsewhere also whenever I could, just because it's nice to drive.
