Why cant i compete in the TOYOTA GAZOO Racing GT Cup?

I am from Croatia, and when i try co compete, it just says: ˝An error has occured. The ´TOYOTA GAZOO Racing GT Cup´ competition is not available in your country/territory.˝ I just want the damn GR010 Hybrid with the fancy livery for crying out loud!
