A link to the spreadsheet will be up in each round specific thread as soon as we're done with it. We are at the moment working hard to get the threads completed.

In the meantime, just post your time in the round 1 thread. 👍

Thanks!

It's nice that things are on a roll again.. But please, anything else than qualitimes should be discussed in the main thread.

Thanks. 👍

Racing hard tyres are...interesting.

Thankfully I've got all Thursday & Friday off, so I can seriously power down some GT-R practice and hopefully get in a qualy time as well. I find it funny that I can setup and drive an NSX with one hand, yet now I have to start all over again with a GT-R :sly:

If anyone has any GT-R setup tips, I'd be more than happy to read them :P

Best time so far is a 1:39.5xx, but I can definitely go quicker than that.

Arkano5: Read my post above yours. 👍 ;)

I think that mid 36's are really good.. low/mid 37's are ok. 38's will probably end up in D2..

Only thing I can think of is to really make sure to have a front end that really turns in at low speeds. Dampers are key I guess. I've not yet found a perfect setup, but I guess that dampers are important here. But then again, just a guess.

Can anyone give a good time for Fuji in the GT300 please? I was trying out last night but as I am not good at Fuji and I was still testing out setups, I am around 1:47, I expect to be in D2 anyway, but I'd still like to know vaguely good times for me too aim at.

I think you'll have to be in 44s to be in D1 for GT300 - A lot of people are lapping in 45s at the moment so that's probably a good time to aim for if you want to be at the front in D2.

Good to know, thanks a lot! Will try out ASAP.

Also I need to figure out the best line for the end, but I hate using the GT one, and suggestions? (I am googling a track with the line on it now, but any other advice would be appreciated)

For the last sector? I used to run a wide entry to every corner to try and carry speed through the exit, but I think it seems to be quicker through that last sector if you run quite tight and don't let the car go any further out than half the width of the track on the entry to each corner. Seems quicker to just try and get through the corners as quickly as possible, don't really worry about carrying speed, just take the shortest route you can manage.

This is in my experience though - there are a lot of viable lines through the last sector, it can make close racing very difficult actually if you have a pack of cars who are all using different lines.

Cool stuff, I'll be there in about 15 minutes. And I've messaged him on here but no reply, I'll send him a PM on PSN.
