Hmm..so far the worst ive encountered was being invited to league race against a bunch of hacks. The best part is when I respectfully withdrew myself from the series and called them out for their shadiness, I get berated for "not knowing how to tune". LMFAO. hacks telling me I can't tune..PRICELESS!

Was in a clean NASCAR lobby about 15 minutes ago. It was 28 laps of Daytona. I was in my 2011 Tony Stewart Chevy in a 3-way battle for first. Some idiot coming out of pit row veers right onto the track, and slams into the Carl Edwards Ford next to me, which ends up drilling me, sending me hard into the wall, effectively ruining my race. I finished 6th out of 8th and left.

Just left a Route X lobby after laughing my 🤬 off listening to the host argue with someone in the lobby about his (the host's) 908 being hacked. He sounded EXACTLY like the guy from the Super Mario Bros Frustration video.

Worst I've dealt with online? Well a few years ago when I first got GT5 , I chose a random room on TTGTT and this guy kept ramming me and told me something I cant repeat on here. Then I got kicked. And just last night there was a random driving room I entered. These guys in their hacked cars were in Route X and I politely asked to change the track since I didn't have that DLC, they just told me that u could go really fast there and just to stfu, so I offered some alternatives and they proceeded to yell at me IF YOU DONT LIKE IT GTFO and I got kicked.
Exactly. They give us teenagers a bad name.
What chaps my lips is paying for DLC and never being able to use it because there s invariably someone in the lobby who doesn't have it.

Easy communication (same language), less lag/stress on internet connection, or in rare cases, just plain racism.

Jesus. Has anyone else noticed the sudden increase in people sitting on the track in drift lobbies? One of their games is to sit on the last corner at Tsukuba, crash people drifting into them, then push them onto the pit road so that they automatically enter it; it's a proper game for them, they're tallying it in the comments

And you never seen my true speed I always held back when I raced against you guys because you are clean and winning every race by ten seconds plus is no fun. And I never said you where a bad driver or couldn't tune. Don't put words in my mouth and I would also like it if you stop spreading rumors about people being hacks

They might not give a significant advantage to you, but in racing, 0.6 seconds means the difference between winning and losing in some races, I've had many races where I lost by 0.1/0.2/0.3 seconds.
Not wanting to add to the flame, just trying to put some CO2 over it, as water turns to steam.

You wouldn't claim that a Honda Civic with an X1 engine was legitimate because the X1 engine is already in the game, would you?
Also, about the whole 'only the tires would help increase your speed', it's ridiculously easy for me to add another 400hp to my mitsubishi GTO with a stage 4 turbo (another 'hidden' part). Are you saying that's not going to improve anything at all?

Wrong, very wrong they can give a significant advantage in racing. You are changing the whole way the car turns, brakes, and accelerates out of a corner (But it can affect the car in a good or bad way).R34EVO9
Yes, when you install a hidden tire, on other people's screens it will "say" the default tire that came on the car, but you do still have the tires on.
No advantage? I beg to differ. Depending on the track and car these tires can make a drastic change in your performance around the track.
Not hard to figure out what tires would be better for a certain track.
For example, If you have a track like Circuit de la Sarthe. If you have Type V tires on, your stopping distance will be increased because of the tire's inline grip. But they will not have the recovery and cornering ability as the Type C tires. The cornering speeds will be better with the Type C tires.
The truth about these tires is, when you say use Comfort Hard. The game automatically sets the default Type of tire that it has. For example, the 1970 Gran Touring Trans Cammer. When you install Comfort Hard tires, the game automatically gives it Comfort Hard Type C in the front and Comfort Hard Type V in the rear. I have discovered this from hours on end testing.
Same reason the RX7 Spirit R is a lot faster than the RX7 Enfini far as drifting is concerned. The Spirit R has Type V tires. If I install Type V tires on a Enfini RX7 it will be as fast as the Spirit R. Basically it is tweaking the grip multiplier (which is actually what GT5's tire model is).

nothing is questionable I understood it all . I understand how hidden tires work I know what the difference are. I have no questions . I said you worked for Sony cause your acting like your about to sue me for "hacking the game " to get hidden parts. I'm am done here there though some people understand what the parts do and how they work and some dont i will though let people drown in there ignorance. When gt6 comes out no one will have any excuses for why im 3 seconds faster than them

Didn't mean to say that you were three seconds faster because of any part. If you got that from my post I am sorry, that wasn't what I meant.
Oh ok. No man, I don't care if you use them or not. I use them in drifting because I get a better feel of the car in the wheel. I get more feedback of what the car is doing through my G27 steering wheel while using some of these tires. That's why I use them. So no, I don't have a problem with you or anyone using them. Sorry for the misunderstanding. I was just trying to help people get a better understanding of the tires themselves.
I know anything is possible, look at what ImmortalPilot did on the last seasonal event. If he can destroy people that are using those tires and hidden parts with a stock car, I am sure you could too. Sorry if you thought I was calling you a cheater, that was not my intention at all.

I'm been trying to do the same and you where not the accusor of me going 3 seconds faster . I don't use the tires at all. And so far only car I've used the parts on are cars like the 3000gt 3000zx Pontiac gto. Holden cars . Basically cars that suck that no one else uses I try to make them a little bit more competitive
Ohh one more thing I noticed is that people dont known that cars still have to abide to the pp system so you can have any "extra" Hp
