Worst you've dealt with online...

I was in an open lobby with a guy on here, a couple of his mates and some randoms. I joined just after a race had finished and he told everyone to speak up if they had complaints and he would sort it out.

As soon as the next race started him and his mates were basically playing destruction derby! One of them tried to take me on the outside of turn 1 from two car lengths behind. When this obviously failed he full lock steered into me throughout the rest of the corner. During the race this bloke must of hit me at least ten times on purpose and lost me the win.

So at the end I complain like the host said but he dismisses my comments instantly. He then blames me for crashing into his mate and kicks me! This is without a doubt the most frustrating online experience I have had. Either the host only listens to his mates or he has no clue about the rules of racing.

I would not have been so annoyed but the host had a GTP tag which I assumed meant the room would be ran to the GTP rules and standards.

I was on the Madrid circuit with a 450pp limit. The race was full and I whipped out my RUF and lowered the power to meet the PP limit.

The race was grid style with slowest first, I started second. I overtook the Volvo C30 who was in first after the first couple of slow corners. As I was nearing the end of the first lap I got overtaken by someone who started quite far back. I let him pass, I could of easily have bumped his rear but I kept my cool and got a better run off the last corner than him. He was on the right hand-side on the main straight I got a nice boost from the slipstream and moved to the left, which is the natural driving ling on the track. I just about got in front of him when he slammed his car straight into the side of mine. I went flying towards the barrier at the first corner and got stuck which let a few people past. I finished 4th after some people crashed in front of me.

After the race I accused him of cheating and then the host said (cockney accent): Oh, Sephiroth mate you shouldn't of accused someone on my friends list.

I then proceeded to send him a message calling his friend a bum muncher. I felt much better after that :sly:

I got kicked out of a room and I still don't know what happened. All I know is a couple of the hosts' friends were wrecking people, going backwards on the track, going below the yellow line to the point where a few people and myself were getting very frustrated and he said "I'm loyal to my friends so you will have to call a reject vote" we raced one more time and he said "is there anyone I should kick....steamboat" and then I was kicked. I'm not a perfect driver but I don't wreck people intentionally, I'm not profane, and if I accidentally go under the yellow in a turn I try to give whatever position back so I'm confused as to what happened. May have been a mistake, but if it was not its the worst I've come across.

As usual, I was in one of those '75 MPH speed limit cops' rooms today. It happened to take place on the Alaska Snow Course. So I hopped in an '03 Subaru Legacy and began driving around. Then, this guy in a silver GT-R comes up behind me and blares his horn. I move over a bit, but instead, he slams into me from the side and tries to get me to stop. Then he says "ticket for speeding". I carry on driving, this time about 15 MPH over the speed limit. He happens to be behind me again and proceeds to punt me across the road and into a wall and speeds off. I ask him what is his deal and he says "that's what you get for speeding". Then, for the next 10 minutes, all of our encounters resulted in him punting my Subaru across the road or slamming into me when I'm driving the speed limit. Gah! Idiot! Even when I pulled over, he didn't even bother to stop and tell me that I got a ticket. Jerk. I think his PSN was Hunter, and it had some random numbers at the end of it.

Why be in one of those silly rooms anyway?

Getting kicked out of a Super GT room full of Japanese guys for absolutely no reason. Happened this morning :(

Idiots with those stupid cars that are in the GT5 "recommended" section you don't have to buy, they keep ramming into your ride until you quit.

Not really bad, but had a good laugh yesterday.
Got into some Shuffle Lobby.
Placed second in qualification.
Race starts and first one passes out into the gravel. Host who is third usese me as a brake on Suzuka at the big Turn before the uphill straight (With the big gravel pit).
Thought it was a mistake and tried to recover, placing 7th or so of 9.
After the race the host ranted about someone else who wasnt too clean and i started thinking but did not say anything...

Next race was Nordschleife. I Quali second again and race starts. I let a few cars pass in the first corner just to be first again at Quiddelbacher Höhe (most ghosted for hitting the barrier)
Look who tries to pass on the inside at Flugplatz... Its the Horst... Dunno why but i somehow recovered fast from getting rammed out at Flugplatz...
As my DeLorean hits 88mph soon afterwards, i catch up and overtake (clean) again. Just to receive the message (you have been disconnected...) after the next corner.
Started to laugh, lit up a cig. and saw that some friends were online... joined, was fine again :)

How about this fellas. I try my best to host rooms filled with fun & very skilled drivers. I will boot you for 1 of three reasons.
1- You are taking long to connect to my room which causes lag during the race.
2- I don't like you and think it'll just start drama in my room.
or 3- You just suck. (I dont want traffic in my rooms)
Hope I cleared things up for everyone saying I booted them.

Next time we see a name mentioned in here we will close down the thread.
Need we remind you of the following rule in the AUP.

•You will not behave in an abusive and/or hateful manner, and will not harass, threaten, nor attack any individual or any group.

Circumventing the swearfilter by swapping letters around is a no go as well.

Today seemed to be one of the worst times online i've had yet.

So I enter an EU road law room, and i'm following the rules. And then all of a sudden, i'm kicked out. I asked the room host if it was him, and he said it wasn't.

So it looks like people are now abusing the "Call kick-out vote" option. This is ridiculous now. I just know something like this will happen in other rooms now.

People who are convinced they have mad drifting skills because they threw CH tires on an Impreza, Skyline, Evo, or other AWD car. It's especially funny when they find a way to spin out.
Or when they still can't keep it on the track.
Or when they claim 10/90 center diff split is RWD.
Or when they say they're better than someone else because their AWD car gets around the track faster.
Or when they tell you what they're doing is drifting and takes skill, when in reality they just chuck the car into the corner, hit the gas, then point where they want to go.

The "drift teams" and n00baru drivers are probably the worst thing, because they get in everyone's way and are usually the worst drifters (although they think otherwise...)

In a trading room and a guy is calling my friend who is a 100% Genuine Trader a gay for not accepting his friend request... so types (my friends name) IS GAY in 10 times in the room text before leaving saying "sorry guys, bye"??!!!

Or you had a network interruption that disconnected you from the lobby. It happens...often. No need to complain about it in this thread.

Look people, network issues disconnect drivers all the time. And if you are trying to play with drivers out of your local region, don't come complaining when you get kicked. No one wants a lagging driver in their race.

It wasn't a network interruption, I was literally kicked out cause I had the "You were kicked out" message.

I was in a supercar race at SSR7 the other day. Things were going well, since there were no Veyrons and my SLR was the fastest car there. Unfortunately, also running up front was this idiot in a GT-R who would ram everyone. Going through the tunnel coming up to the finish line on the last lap, I'm in second behind him. He thinks I'm about to overtake him, so he starts swerving like he's having a seizure. This slows him down, and I end up at the right place at the right time, and he pretty much does the PIT on himself. So I pass him as he's sideways and I look behind me, when I see this Enzo coming up at lightning speed. He hits he GT-R at the same time as another car, and it ends up flipping and suddenly it was a 250 mph demolition derby with everyone's car getting screwed up. I win no problem, and immediately pull out my mic because I know I'm about to be blamed for this. When we get back to the lobby, the guy in the GT-R is pleading innocent to everything, claiming I rammed him. I reply that he was having a seizure pretty much the whole race, and that he did this to himself. The host then says that I shouldn't have aggravated him into swerving, and should have at least waited for people to catch up so that the race was fair, and said for everyone to vote if they want me and him kicked or not. Nobody voted for the GT-R guy, because he was, as one guy put it, "The victim of idiotic roadrage." So I was kicked.

I have their names memorized though, and when they tried to join a lobby I was hosting yesterday, they got humiliated and kicked after some true roadrage from my end. Justice was served.

Glad to hear that :D

Yesterday I had to laugh. I enter a JGTC PRO ONLY!!! room at Indy. Got ridden into the wall before the first turn. I'm gone.

You people think it's funny to flag my comments and ADR_XCLUTCH's? You guys need to stop bashing on him because this guy is one of the ONLY GOOD racers I've seen in America. I do endurance's with him regularly and with several other good racers, it makes a huge difference in how fun they are.

Now that I cleared that up, I was in a racing lobby with OnePablo42 (Another good racer I've seen, but from Canada) and this whiny kid comes in and desperately wants the PP increased when he didn't win the last race. Pablo tried telling him but he kept bashing on how stupid he was and I told him to get the 🤬 out and he just starts cussing me out, which made me laugh . Then we race, and I was just laughing at how slow he was because in 3 laps we lapped him. Then he proceeds to say that this room is gay and leaves. I forgot his PSN, but it started with "txrr"

Getting kicked after pulling ahead on Charmonix in a Mitsu Airtrek Turbo..... Aghinst 3000GTs (Even one VR4)

Not the worst, but I just got kicked from a SuperGT race for using the Nomad. I know that some people think that is not a SuperGT car because its not Japanese, but most do, even PD. It just burned my buns for a couple minutes.

I love Pablo's rooms. Always plenty of fun, but i wish his friend list wasnt full.

Ran a shuffle race room a few nights ago, I generally do voting for tracks.

Ended up at SS7, and since I wasn't very good the last race I got the 06 Eclipse GT, which is quite a fast car. Given my boats top speed, I was catching up to first and second quite quickly, a guy in a Skyline GTSt M, and an Integra or RSX. Till the guy driving the Honda/Acura pushed me into the wall and I spun out and hit about half of the other drivers in the race.

After that I was in 12th, but with some drafting I was doing close to 170 and managed to catch up to first & second by the time we left the tunnels. The guy in the hacura had done something to the other guy because I saw smoke when I flew by him and caught up to the integrsx, whom I passed, and whom was ramming into me and trying to spin me out all the way to the finish. :grumpy:
So after that race he went bye bye.

E: Sorry for the horrible sentence structure, but I'm really tired right now and can't sleep.

I was in a drifting room but later some guys joined and continually tried to crash into everyone (Although I swear he was following me :scared:). I had a bit of fun though trying to avoid all his attempts.

Well..

I don't know if some of you have noticed, but I usually host a lounge called "Cruising & Driving" on the Top Gear Test Track. If you've been there you may have noticed two light blue Lamborghini's of which belong to me and a friend. Some people rain on our specialty but this guy was a joke..

We were just parking in the corner of the track, where we usually do. And a user came along and parked in front of us, and proceeded to say "Stupid". He then tried to ram into us so we both paused, he went through the invisible cars and hit the wall and said "Can't you damage them or something" I told him to leave, then he replied "I didn't know the Queen played GT5"

I'm not sure what his intention was. He really didn't like us parking and said we were showing off, sometimes we grab the wrong attention it seems... :boggled:

Here it is in the real world..
