Racing soft on tuned(no RM) FF cars, for drags. What are you doing in GT5, go play Outrun or Cruisin' USA with your one-button mashfest. Joisus.
 
X1's I'm over them in drift rooms in drags in friendly grip races .there should be a banning button for them in the lobby so every other car is active but them then if needs be just turn them back on there's guys who join drifting lobby's just so they can ram people in there x1's tank cars or any other hunk of cr%# then they say it's just a game . Yes it is it's made for enjoyment getting rammed for an hour while trying to drift with a wheel mind you isn't very enjoyable I got smashed on a rally track by a guy I've got ffb on 10 and power steer off so if anyone has tried it it's rough lol and I wasn't ready for it the force of the crash made my wheel jolt with a lot of force and hurt my wrist really bad it ain't a game when you get the pain lol .. Should I tell T.A.C and see if I can get a pay out lol .. I'm joking
 
I got kicked for drag racing a Countach 25th Anniversary. I told him it was tuned to the specs of a QV5000 4V, which it was on top of a legit drag tune. Kinda made me mad.
 
Had another funny encounter yesterday. Joined a Drag racing room on Indy speedway. When I entered it was just the host and myself. I got my car out, headed to the appropriate spot on the little back straight. Raced the guy, beat him, and then was politely kicked from the room. LOL, sorry your car was sooo slow :-P
 
A little while back I joined a Nurb 24h room. Took it slow & easy at the start in case the other players were really quick so I wouldn't get in the way... and proceeded to get beaten up by the other cars anyway. I stuck with it though and one by one they all fell off the track until I was chasing down the leader/host. Finally saw him wipe out at the end of the straight. I attempted to pass as he was climbing out of the grass and he rammed me into the wall to slow me down, then blocked me til the finish. When the race was over, I was kicked out, lol.

Just happened to me not to long ago. I was like seriously?!?!:mad:

At the very start, the 2 trucks turned around and the viper and I took off. For 10 laps, it was nothing but head-on collisions, and the Viper trying to spin me out. It got down to the last lap and I was up front. I hear the guy in the Viper say, "Don't let him win, he is up front. Stop him!!!" So I let the viper pass me, and the trucks stopped the lead car, thinking it was me, and I crossed the finish line. After the win, I think I got booted. I was laughing to hard to even care.

I saw this lobby and didnt join for that reason.
Never trust Daytona lobbies, honestly. Except the "Dirty NASCAR" ones.
 
I haven't been on in ages, but I can recall a good one; I was using the TM's(My personal one) Integra DC5 '04 and some people challenged me to a race around Tsukuba. So I went for it, and SOMEHOW I beat all the Veyrons, Enzos, Zonda Rs and Murcielagos.
They accused me of "SPEED HACKING"
 
This guy was being an e-thug and during a shuffle race, he kept honking his horn the whole race and getting on my damn nerves and i got angry and tried ramming him so he would stop, then when the race finished, i was accused of dirty racing and i explained what happened and they agreed with me.
next one was a room full of american flag racers who were talking crap about a French guy who went into the room and kicked him from the room, then they went off to select Circuit de la Sarthe which is French and I pointed out the irony at which point I was kicked, so what they were being jerks for no reason.

don't use names. as much as we hate a certain individual we cannot jeopardize them by posting their name and what they did.

Before the patch where there was no prohibition of no-modification cars, there would always be that one douchebag in the room who would have an upgraded exhaust manifold. :grumpy::grumpy:
 
I can't stand it when someone in the room hears what everyone is supposed to be driving to keep it fair, and still decides to be a be an a****** and bring out something ungodly faster...
Also, kids that wreck you in a clean lounge on the last lap and beat you, and then brag about it and say that you suck. If you're really as good as you say you are, then there is no reason why you should have to wreck me to beat me.
 
Someone had the nerve to intentionally P.I.T me on the Nordschlife straight for no reason battling for third.

ON THE STRAIGHT.

Then he did it to the host next race....and got the kick, hahahaha
 
joined a room titled "X1$ ONLY 420" for the heck of it.

it was full of rowdy people, cussing with every sentence, trashy rap music blaring from their microphones. I took out my veyron and asked if someone can draft in front so I can bring my veyron to 300 mph. so I started to drag and I saw this in the chat log (i'll try to keep swearing to a minimum):

"Challenger u (homosexual slur) change ur Gayron"

"X1$ only u (improperly spelled term for a female dog)"

and then a bunch of other bad words cleverly spaced so the filter won't detect it. I admit that it was an X1 only room but I thought no one would mind If I used a veyron. Besides, no one was on the track, no race was going on. where did I go wrong?
 
A sad one today, it wasn't actually personal but it really makes me angry.
It was a clean shuffle room, i had an awesome battle for first place on deep forest with a guy, he won but we were really close for the entire race so yeah it was pure fun. (I had an impreza and he had an evo, the epic fight lol)

After the race...the host kicked him because he was from israel, i'm not wondering he actually said that.
I can't understand what people like him have in the head.
 
In a clean NASCAR room. This kid was discriminating my name. He decides to run me off the course, i gave him a piece of my mind. He then screams "KICK BOBERT!!!!":confused: His friends all pit me off the track. Two sent me a death threat. It's a game, GEEZ!:irked:
 
I hating to be kicked out without microphone for many time! Because I'm 🤬 DEAF! D-E-A-F!!! (Sorry for language. ) Do host have a time to check my profile? NO! :mad: I am done with online lobbies.
 
That could have been me a couple of months ago. My game froze while I was doing a computer build.
 
Worst I encountered was MY fail. There was a "90's night" last week (I think either the 5th or the 6th) and I entered using a S. Shigeno version Trueno. Most of the racers seemed to have a mic available, but I had neither a mic nor a keyboard, so I was really slow and delayed in typing out my messages.

I entered and the rules were set, but I stated "I'm just looking to race people who aren't dicks, is all". The hosts seemed really, really friendly; I was the one who ended up being the annoying prick once the race started. I thought I was going to be all cool and not use ABS, but what I didn't realize was that they set damage to heavy; the moment I slid into the first corner, everyone started saying 'Oh, there he goes', 'Thanks a lot, Coffee!', 'This is what happens when you don't use ABS!'

Eventually I realized I just couldn't keep up with these guys without crashing left and right (AND HEAVY DAMAGE WAS ON), so at the last turn (SSR5 reverse), I pulled over to the side, THINKING I was going to be out of everyone's way. Nope, they came around the bend and got annoyed because evidently I was in the way. "DUDE, get into the pit when you wanna stay out of the race!"

The next one was great, too; It was Tsukuba and not even 2-3 corners, my car side-bumped with someone else's. They all seemed to think it was my fault, so one guy says "Yo, this Coffee dude, he's not gonna cut it, with the last race and then bumping this guy...". I tried to pit and not press OK so I'd stay in the pit, and then (slooooowly) type out a chat message using the controller, but before I knew it, apparently my car auto-piloted onto the track again, and when people came around, they got pissed and started yelling. Quitting the race didn't appeal to them either on the next round because apparently that makes them lose credits.

It REALLY doesn't look cool when you go into a chatroom claiming you don't want to race any "dicks", then you keep frantically trying to type out chat messages explaining yourself/apologizing for driving like one yourself.

Yeah, most embarrassing online experience ever.
 
Had my worst online experience in quite some time. I always host a room 400-650PP and 90% of the drivers that join are both clean and friendly. They also follow the rules of the room and don't belittle people. Well an exception was made today, the room tonight was full of people who

- Bumped just about everyone
- Forced leading cars of their line
- Crashed at every corner
- "Divebombed" just about every corner
- used Racecars

It was brutal and to top it off people mouthing off on mics. I was spun or punted in just about every race, as were a few friends.. It was brutal. It's a shame as I've been having great online races recently up until now.. Hopefully next time I host the idiots go bug someone else.
 
Just had the most random and hilarious moment today.

I joined a lobby - fooled around for 2-3 hours tuning, driving supercars with comforts, etc. Then I switch to my X2011. Nothing happened until some 🤬 by the name of "josh" (as I'll call him (not his real name/online name) - and in no reference to anyone here) came in.

So I was just lapping about - no real competition against the 33 second cheated time - then I get called out: "x1 🤬 gtfo". Needless to say, it spiraled into a dull fight - I hardly called him names or insults, yet I get slathered with "boyfriend" and several "harsh" words unmentionable by the AUP. Apparently my laps were "slow compared to the average of 32 being the fastest and 35 being the slowest" (40 seconds on average during this session for me).

My claims? I haven't driven the thing for what seems like months (and probably is), I had a low-downforce setup (65F, 120R), and I wasn't trying to impress/beat anything. His arguments? "Your slow", serveral cuss words, and plenty of junior high insults.

Best part: Despite hardly being talkative to the lobby before hand, they still backed me up :lol:. Another guy hopped into an X2011 aswell along with others throwing insults back at him.

I told him I gave up on the argument, but he still pursued...and I still followed :embarrassed:. Finally ended after the host (one odd lad from Canada) started kicking everyone before he left.


So this is what its like to deal with haters...dunno what to say other than LOL! :lol:

(PS- I wasn't being one of those douchy rammers)
