The time has come, for myself, to bid farewell to participating in the WRS week in-week out. I was already going to be missing a hell of a lot of the future WRS races due to me working out of town, away from, among other things, my PS2. But over the last couple of weeks I have lost that desire to keep racing in the WRS. I have been doing it for well over a year now and it has lost it's edge to me. Have also begun to get very frustrated with minor mistakes I make whilst racing coz I know I can do better and it ****s me. It doesn't mean to say I won't pop-in time to time to have the occasional race but for now I am going to give my PS2 a break and start bashing out some Xbox 360.
I have enjoyed racing against all of you guys. I haven't seen eye to eye with some members on some occasions, but hey we all have opinions, and it is all in the past now. It has been a pleasure to race against truly fierce competition, that are well above my skill level, in the likes of holl01, kart no. 38, hOt6O4bOi, iceman, GTManiac etc, even when I got my ass handed to me. I also enjoyed racing in the Board Challenge 6 for GTPlanet.
Keep the WRS swinging along nicely people, and be sure not to give Colby too much grief when he comes back from his little holiday.

When's the last time you used a street car to chase down a Bently Speed 8, Sauber C9, Toyota GT-One, Nissan R390 GT1, and Ford GT LM Race car on the 'Ring?

I should be working on week 89, but after I finished my JGTC qualifying last night, I felt like actually playing the game. I haven't played for a LONG time, and have been hovering around 80% completion for too long.
In my Skyline GT-R M-Spec Nur '02, I've been chasing them around. Haven't quite gotten them yet, but I think I will on this next try. Have to keep going to harder tires, and this time I'll have to try and conserve them instead of going harder... We'll see! It's a freaking blast though, totally insane. Working on the "Real Circuit Tour" or whatever it is in the Extreme Series. 👍

Yea, I tried it's OK cuz its made by Konami the other company I respect besides PD
, but its an odd feeling earning credits cuz of what you do in the race with the car as opposed to winning the race for prize money. But still not a lot of games are good enough to stand close or in the shadow of the GT series, so I commend Konami on a fine game. One of my old favs is Ridge Racer 5(Arcade Racing Game) I justs love!! even though its all fictional cars and not alot of tracks, even though laying-out a circuit in a city has an infinte posibilities) its just fun to play over and over again.
