First bit is actually quite easy, and quick to do. First purchase a Prius, make it the first car in your garage, then use this code (NTSC 1.2 codes):

I do indeed. It's when you try using certain parts that don't seem to work correctly with some cars, and it creates that strange noise.

Yea i do to, i hate it when that happens! I have a save game with a 24000 HP Nissan Race car of some sort and it makes that noise and it gives me headaches. (literally) I usually turn down the volume when driving a car like that. Another thing is it possble to equip dirt tires by hybriding even though they aren't "normally" available?

I assume you would equip rally tires on the car, and it should be allowed to race in rallies.

Yea that will do, anything that causes that noise, just leave it out. My primary concern with putting dirt tires on cars that don't normally have them like this Prius is i wonder if they will stay on it even when your not racing on dirt?

I believe they will stay on. They'll give you even better grip on the road strangely.

Well if that is true, put them on the Prius. (if you can)

So far, adding some parts to the prius makes it even worse.

So a power multiplier is absolutely required to make it run better.

There is. As long as you don't add a turbo nor a muffler to it, it'll keep it's sound.

The problem is, the % increase from the parts doesn't improve the BHP a huge lot.

Yes, it's permanent, but you can always change it if you're not happy with it.

Try lowering the power multiplier to about 0078. I've also edited the code to include the dirt tires.

Yeah, that's what it is. I'm not certain what makes a car a rally type car, so I would use that for now.
