Hay there is my link, I take it a lot of people want to beat my 06 scoremark then lol. But nice way to cheat Vip lol.

Looks like my CPU let the team down, decent score otherwise but the CPU tests were complete torture :nervous: . Well looks like I will be getting a dual core in the future, but my graphics cards surpassed themselves (remember nothing in my system is overclocked and my graphics cards are slightly underclocked).

:D Thanks dood, I took everything off this time and there was a little increase. I wonder how it'd do if I had the guts to overclock it. :scared:
 
You'll be able to overclock the 7800GT fine even with stock cooler. You need to download a file that allows you to (search google), but then it's really easily; you can do it via the Display control panel, or just let the computer decide what level is best.

Overclocking my GTX yeilded an impressive increase. You'll break 4000 i reckon 👍 And bear in mind that this will make your gaming experience more enjoyable too as all the games will run faster :D

I'm using another computer at the moment, But I will post them sometime today.
 
If you do overclock make sure you get a better heatsink for your Graphics Card. Just don't tempt yourself to overclock it too much lol.
 
I went with Forceware Coolbits because it's an official software of Nvidia and I put it on automatic. That's good enough for me because it's safe.

I don't know what driver I need to update my vid card though?

That's perfect, Coolbits is the one i use too 👍 Don't know what you mean about the driver though.

Don't worry about cooling too much. Most GPUs and CPUs can be overclocked a little without needing to worry about cooling. The automatic function in Coolbits only increases the core and memory a small percentage, so shouldn't cause problems. If you're relaly worried about it being safe you can get software to monitor the temp of the GPU (if you can't already under you Graphics settings), but trust me, once you see the improvements you won't want to turn back :D

Well, for the drivers because 3Dmark06 is telling me my drivers arn't up to date? I dunno... It seems fine to me.

At the moment trying to find some good software to overclock my CPU. I think i will run all 3D Marks again, once i upgrade to a AMD 64 AM2 motherboard. Which will use DDR2.
