Your favorite curve

Added a second favorite curve.

The common point in these curves is that they are blind. Vertically blind. They are in the top of uphills and I pretty like this kind of topography because you feel that something unexpected may happen anytime.

Imagine online playing with a crash or debris right ahead.

Me too. Thinks it about turns 6 and 7 on Tokyo route 4?? normal. Taken flat in the F1 car at nearly 200mph its amazing. Got to set the car up for this corner. Slows the car down at a couple of points but its definetly worth it.

270r at Suzuka feels quite similar but its only a left hander.

Here's hoping that Spa's Au Rouge makes GT5

Never heard of a 270R corner so I assume you meant the 130R.💡

Monaco (Cote d'Azur) has alot of corners like Dimitriov talked about. The 10 mph hairpin gets the AI and I into frantic battles sometimes to come out in front. That's a pretty sweet city course, IMO.

I all the turns between the start of nurburgring up to sector 3 (just after the light turns)

My favorite set of curves are in Deep Forest. It's a downhill S turn very similar to Laguna's corkscrew except the S turn goes right then left. Very tricky but very fast 3rd gear turn.

From Massanet all the way through La Rascasse at Monaco.

Fuggedaboudit, I love the whole Cote d'Azur circuit!:D

Me too. Really a good city circuit, one of the best all-around in the game, IMO :)👍

My favourite corners ATM are the run from Bergwerk to the Karussel, and the run from Flugplatz to Aremburg.

Least favourite? I know you didn't ask, but from Pflanzgarten to the Kleiner-Karussell, getting it all crossed up in a boosted Amuse R1 S2000 is never a good thing. Oh, and the Adenauer-Forst curve, as mentioned before.

Cheers,
Matt.

My fav is the last chicane as Apricot Hill.

I love the esses at suzuka, when u get it right its amazing how much time u make up.

The first sequence in Trial Mountain is great.

Grand Valley turn one is a great challenge, esp in the earlier games.

Turn 1 into the tunnel at special stage route 55

Seattle, the sequence after the turn at the top of the hill is nice when u manage to get a drift all the way through

The rundown to Indianapolis and Arnagefrom Mulsanne on La Sarthe I, as well as Tertre Rouge, the corner after the Dunlop Curves followed by the Esses, as, on a good day, I can brake down to only fourth and ride over the curbs at 150mp/h+. What fun they said, what fun.

All this talk of the corkscrew reminds me of how much of an asset bathurst would be to the GT track collection. There's the dipper (which is by no means the best part of the track) which is all but identical to the corkscrew, the only difference being the rest of the track. The corkscrew is L.S.'s pride and joy. The dipper is just another corner in what can only be described as a mini-'ring. I so hope bathurst makes it to GT5!

- Also, autumn ring's tight section with all that kerbing - heaven in a good controllable drifter.

Nurburgring Nordschleife :
1. Karussell to Kleine Karussell (especially the PflanzgartenIII section)
2. Adenauer Forst
3. Kasselchen (flat out section before the Karussell)
4. Mutkurve (left kink after Kasselchen)
5. Aremburg (the fast left turn and the sharp right turn before going under the bridge.
6. Galgenkopf (fast long right before the straight)
7. Tiergarten (quick left and right corners after you've crossed the brdge at the end of the straight)
8. Hatzenbach (quick left and right at the begining of the track)
9. Flugplatz (flat out right after you've cleared the jump)

Laguna Seca :
1. Corckscrew
2. First corner at the end of the main straight

Infineon Raceway :
1. First set of blind lefts and rights.
2. Long left hand corner that goes down.
3. Technical left and right before you take the right that leades you to the last corner.

Fuji Speedway :
1. First corner.
2. 130R and the left after that
3. Quick right and left before you take the long right leading to the main straight.

i like the curves on mid-field (fav track BTW) the last sector filled with tight ones and fast ones
EDIT:i dunt really like the nurburgring cause its to narrow and there are too many turns

The subtle chicane down the back of Tokyo Route 246 for me. As said earlier, flying through it without lifting at all and narrowly missing the side wall is just awesome. :D

After doing the Infineon endurance race in the CLK merc I have a new fav corner sequence to add to my list. you have the long 3rd gear left hairpin which drops then a straight into the double apex right. The next sequence is great when u hook it up well, the left right switches. I was using super hard rears and hard fronts plus didnt bother setting my car up so had bad turn in over steer and exit understeer. So getting that one right felt good every time!

My favorite set of curves is definitely the back part of the 'Nurb, after the carousel, through the long straight. It's my really fast part, where I am never beaten:sly: , and it is quite enjoyable to drive.

But if I had to narrow it down to just one corner, it would have to be the right hander after the steep drop leading to the fast part on the back of the Nurburgring (please forgive me for not knowing the name).

The other curve of note, IMO, is the long sweeping left-hand corner, which leads to the sharp right, at the end of the fast part in the very beginning of Nordschliefe (I think I actually spelled that right, and again, please forgive me for not knowing the corner name).

My favourite set of curves would have to be towards the end of Midfield raceway. As you come down the hill full speed into the left-right switch and then hard onto the brakes into the left turn into the tunnel. Vital to a quick lap time

I like the very subtle downhill curves just after the starting line on Citti di Aria reverse. I was doing that track in the Formula GT car and the speed through which I could take those curves was quite exhilarating. What makes them even better is that the track is very narrow and one tiny mistake can send you spinning.

By far my least favorite curve would have to be that blind uphill left on Apricot Hill. I have messed up on it so many times you'd think I would have learned how to handle it by now, but I still screw up at least once per race and end up tasting gravel.

Wow for me it maybe all of the great sweepers. Such as 130R at suzuka, The right hand sweeper at Hong Kong.

Also the turn right after the main straight on Midfield reverse. In my opinion it is GT4s version of Eau Rouge (except bacwards).

My favorite is that double-apex left hander at Deep Forest Raceway Normal. it's the corner on the lower left side of the track map. It's a test of going through that corner quickly while setting your car up for the long straight that comes after it.
