Schools wifi, not too bad.
(I was on Youtube though, and downloading.)

It's too bad Comcast's customer service sucks. Worst company ever. Too bad they are the only ones offering fast internet here.

My Internet connection is, well, crap.

I have AT&T Uverse, and with the speed plan my parents have invested into this, I get limited to only 3.0 Mbps. I can't even watch a video on YouTube without it having to buffer every two seconds or even download a GB's worth of files (if you know what I'm talking about :))

It's pretty painful to experience, well, for me. I'm pretty OCD when it comes to my Internet speeds.

Just had Fibre installed today, DL has gone to that from 6mb/s, ping has roughly halved and UL has doubled for just an extra £10pm :D

Well at least I'm not alone... :grumpy:

Exactly. I know that feel, bro.

I would rather switch to Comcast or even Verizon. Their speeds DESTROY AT&T's. You get like 20+ Mbps.

Well, i've moved to a new house and got a bit better connection then I had.
Though still not remotely close to those figures you guys are showing.

But will most likely upgrade to 50 Mbps in a month or so. :D

Tethered to my Razr's 3G.

I got home today, and checked my phone while sitting in my room, to my surprise I now get 4G coverage in my bedroom, meaning my internet speed just octopled.

I hate Virgin Media, only 3mb upload :( can't wait for BT Infinity to be available in my area ;)
Also, the UK has lousy internet speeds, when compared to eastern Europe and America :grumpy:

I can't believe you're complaining about 3mb upload, while some of us are only receiving 3mb download. :(

I switched from CenturyLink where I was lucky to get 5 down and .5 up to a Verizon Wireless hotspot.

Granted I'm not sure how accurate it is since it says I'm in Nebraska.:odd:

I only have 6GB of data though so I can't really utilize it, still worth the extra $15 a month though.

On my broadband at home I have about 1mb per minute. From a decent other end person. Playstation network for example. Yet on my 3G I do about 1mb every 3seconds. That's 20x the speed!!

Unfortunately wireless limited due to the long distance from my router, but still not bad:

Hopefully should be getting FTTC sometime in the next few weeks.

These are figures from my current router.

Not the best but better than they have been in a long while, I live about 2.5 miles from my exchange, but hopefully according to the figures from BT and my current provider i should be seeing around 56mb on the 80mb line. I'm also thinking of upgrading the router to an Apple Airport Extreme as it has WAN port and can support PPoE.
