I'll have to check the specs. I've got it so I can.

EDIT: a quick check on http://www.kudosprime.com/gt6/carlist.php?make=81 shows that you won't be able to use it. It's got 39 HP more.

I also see that the base model seems to be more powerful than the yellow one. I'll check all of that tonight.
 I always thought the base models were statistically identical. The only difference being you can choose colors for the base model

I drove this thing the first time today and it's great 👍
one question to the no ABS drivers out there @Litchi and @amarynceos , what BB are you running , I tried 2/1 and I feel very comfortable with it , I'm still not fully used to te load cell behavior and te needed pressure ,but I must drive this car without any aids

I usually use 4/2 or 3/2 or 4/3 on race cars, depending of the car. For the infinity we run yesterday I was 3/4 and felt very cumfortable with this BB. Was surprising cause I usually loose rear when I have mor brake on rear. I know my gtacademy / aliens friends usually use a very strong BB (around 8/7). That allow them to brake very late. I can't do that due to the DS3 limits, I'll instantly lockup if I use the same BB as they use.

I enjoyed it a lot more before v1.09...
I enjoyed every car more before 1.09
my T500 still feels still weired

I always look at the red braking bar and try to get the tires locked only when the bar is nearly full red .
with 8/7 I would do an instant spin on the slightest pressure

So did I understand correctly break bias is not just a front/back brake ratio?
I thought it was so that 1/1 and 7/7 would be exact same...

If this is not the case I have to experiment with this and try ABS0...

A bit off topic but good luck to Germany tonight, they seem to have a knack of getting there in the last 4 all the time, all there players seem to be future legends...Ozil, Klose, Muller, you name them theyre all great, France could have won on another day but i sense these last 8 teams didnt want to lose so they played a little cagey.....as for the USA...i was gutted they lost to Portugal as the size of there population of 360 million its just a question of time in the next 20 years that they will be in a final at least, the future of football/soccer needs the USA to do well....also Dempsey did me proud a few years ago as a fantasy football player:)...as for my team England, theyre a waste of space :banghead:

Anyway....great choice for next weeks car

For race cars on sports tyres, I usually end up running a pretty low bias like 2/1 just for ease of driving. My left foot is still not refined enough to run stronger brakes! (Though GRID: AS is actually helping me in that regard, as I have to be more cautious with many of the cars and am getting better at controlling partial braking instead of just using almost all the travel all the time. :P)

Pretty much my approach too.

Yes, it controls strength as well. For example, back several months the BB online was glitched and stuck at 10/10 no matter what one changed it to in the setup menu, and everything locked up like mad if you so much as looked at the brake pedal.

Am i right in thinking you can alter the BB in the suspension area?

Indeed. 👍 (edit: tree'd  )

I really hate this car. Everything will be fine and feeling good and then BAM i'll completely lose it exiting a corner. Not too bad at Silverstone but at red bull ring, breathing on the curbs results in a massive wipe out. It just turns on you in a millisecond and makes me uneasy the whole time. Looks like its time for me to work the back of the field this week. One podium finish will be a miracle.

You can still use a bit of TCS...

If I look at the braking/accelerating bars, I don't look at the track so it's subjet to an accident. I can't see these bars in real life, but I can "feel" the car, so I do the same in GT6 ;)

I'm sure you don't need a number but I think it's pretty simple. I don't know if I can tell you how to do it unless I'm on the game though. I think when you go to the garage, there is a button on the bottom toolbar that has a number in it. If you click that, I believe you get a slider that goes from 0-99 (0 might not actually be a choice. I don't remember exactly.)

I had same feeling but then I noticed that the car comes default with racing hard tyres. Changing to SS actually improved the handling...

Ive been practicing with ss and the same settings for the room we use. I ran about 20 laps at red bull ring yesterday and had 2 stand out laps that were good, the rest involved an incident of some sort whether spinning the tires exiting a corner and losing my momentum or touching a curb and spinning off into a wall. The car has issues. Its unstable.

Ive also never had to feather the throttle exiting a corner like this before. I just cannot get back into the throttle until the car and my steering are completely straight.

Don't get me started on Bathurst. Im not emotionally ready to relive those test laps yet.
