Well, they do that in Daytona once or twice a year, I've heard of, but never attended. Now I'm glad I didn't, I've always wanted to take a lap there, but doing it at 35mph is just, pointless. You need to be doing at least 70 miles per hour to even stay up on the banking, so if you can't drive up on it, then I don't know who, or why you would participate in it. But the videos I've found of people going for it anyway are worth a few laughs. What are they gonna do? Give you a speeding ticket? :lol:

Reckless endangerment is a possibly though I suppose.

144 and State Police or Patrol is serious business, I am surprised he got off nice and easy and they only put around 90mph there! It's nice to know there many good cops out there.
