They're both in the Red Bull TGS trailer. You see the CR-Z doing the jump on Eiger and you can see the LF-A's exhaust at the start of the trailer.

In the newest trailer from TGS at the very beginning it shows a closeup of the exhaust of the LF-A (very unique exhaust).

Wheels can be painted so I assume so. I don't think anyone confirm any more than that.

It was very transparent in the 'official tgs video' in an engine while it was being shown. I didn't notice it at all until I took a closer look

The Japanese version always has 1,000,000 Credits, (except GT3), whilst the rest of the the world gets 10,000. It's a Yen thing.
