Can I have an UP TO DATE list of the power and the weight levels of the cars currently competing?

I think I can give you 3.

My Skyline GTS-t has 237hp and weighs 1146kg. I'm contemplating a small (5%ish) power boost this week.
shotamagees RX-7 Type RZ is stock with 231hp and weighs 1230kg.
Skythons Impreza has had an oil change taking it to 270hp, he also weighs in at 1230kg. I believe he is also considering tuning this week.

Everyone else, I know what parts they've bought, but don't know the figures they give.

Can I have an UP TO DATE list of the power and the weight levels of the cars currently competing?

The only way to know that other then having everyone report it, is to buy the cars and add the parts and let GT4 show you.

Here is a file attachment with what I have todate. It should help some.

Can I have an UP TO DATE list of the power and the weight levels of the cars currently competing?

Mazda RX-7 GT Limited (FC, J) '85
Power: 201 HP
Weight 1,164 kg

With Wing, SP.Exhaust, RC.Chip, SP.Suspension, SP.Clutch, RC.Flywheel, and Wgt.Red.1

I ran one attempt at each track with my car as it was last week, and was not too happy with the lack of speed along the main straight at Fuji, so time for an upgrade. A racing chip upped the power from 237hp to 246hp. Not as much as I'd hoped for, but thats more than I wanted to spend.

I then returned to the tracks and ran twice more at each. The extra power, and more importantly knowing the limits of grip and braking distances allowed me to improve my times by over 2 seconds at each!

At Fuji 80's I was mugged by a pickup truck! I exited the first corner well ahead, but he came roaring up from behind and did his best to push me off at the next corner. At least I was able to pull away and stay ahead as we went into the faster sections.

At Fuji 05GT there was a lot of jostling through the first turn. I think every car except the leader exchanged paint in this one turn, but amazingly there was no damage more serious than a dented fender on one car, and a cracked light on another.

El Capitan was great. I love this track, and other than a slight lack of grip, the Skyline handled brilliantly. Despite a slow start due to the aforementioned grip, I had passed the entire field before entering the tunnel, and finished over 10 seconds ahead of the next car. I don't know what it is, but the AI always seems to be a lot slower than me here.

Anyway, my financials;

Code:
Change	Balance	Description

- 8,347 = 3,249 Bought Skyline GTS-t

- 4,600 = 1,999	Racing Exhaust
- 1,200	= 799	Wing 3D Type AB[/I][/COLOR][B]
+ 8,400	= 9,199	Week 7 winnings

- 1,699 = 8,400	Transfer to GrumpEone
- 1,250	= 7,150	Racing Chip

It is that friendly thursday warning time again. :nervous:

Dogbreath, Jet Badger, Skython11, Shotamagee have yet to submit their times.

I'll be doing mine at the last minute again. I apologize, but for the first time in two years I have gainful employment!

You all love the suspense, anyway :P

Times submitted.

2011 the 3rd day of june, Fuji track, Japan. You can see me attaching a trailer with my Toyota to a borrowed DMC-12. The hovering cars that run on trash aren't invented yet, so we'll have to do it the old way. I get in the DeLorean and set the date to 1980-06-03. Say "1.21 Jiggawatts!" and start driving down the long straight towards the long turn. Our time machine has a 1155kg toyota attached to it, so it won't be easy to reach the neccessery 88mph, and just a couple hundred yards before the track ends, the time-train disappears from present time.
I appear in the 80s, in the same track, traveling at almost 90mph and immediately start turning the wheel to left to not hit the wall. The trailer starts sliding together taking the DMC-12 and hits the sand, fortunately nothing was damged.
After having a nice cold beer I unload my MR-2 from the trailer and start lapping the track, it's not much time left before a group of local racers will start a competition here. I quickly complete some practice laps before the event starts.
In the PITs everyone were stunned when they saw my outatime toyota. I told them that it was a concept model. They believed that, and after 5 minutes we were already in our start positions. Somewhy I was put in the back, they didn't tell me why, maybe they were afraid of my car?
The green light comes on and the smell of burning rubber fills the air. We're off and just before the first hairpin I'm in the second place, but not for long. The car in front of me probably had drum brakes, because he started braking before the turn appeared in the horizon. I successfully overtook him and just kept expanding the space between me and my opponents. That's how it goes when you have a car from the future :).
The race is over and I'm the winner in this event, but will I be in the Sunday Cup? I write off my time and hurry back to load the toyota on the trailer. I change the plutonium catridge in my borrowed DeLorean, set the date 10 years to the future (or past?) and repeat the 0-88 drag.
I appear in the same track in 90's, but it looks the same! I doublecheck everything and after a lap I can really see the differences. I can really say that this version is muck more suitable for my high-speed-fobic toyota.
The racers in this track look the same as the ones 10 years ago, some of them say that they've seen my toyota about 10 years ago, but I deny all their suspicions.
After the green light I see that their are still no-match for my spaceship...

3rd Circuit

The 3rd Circuit continues with a short week before the championship. We only have three tracks, but they are the longest tracks in the 3rd Circuit. The tracks should test every car and driver to the utmost as they hurtle towards the finish line.

So gentlemen to your cars. Start your engines! Let us begin!

Why withdraw, now there's only like 5 or 6 people. :(

Anyway, I'm veeery happy with my results, that suspension must have helped out a lot.

The DNF's aren't nice to see.

Ok, Week 8 has been recalculated, which affects money for week 9. Everyone was affected except Skython11, I think. So make sure you look again.

Nissan Skyline GTS-t Type-M '89

Only this week with Dogbreaths withdrawl did I consider the bigger picture. It's not just a bunch of races here, there's a championship at stake too, and there's only 5 races left. Jet Badger has a 14 point lead over me, so I'm going to have to win all the races with him failing to get a single podium to be sure of winning the championship - not likely, but I'll try my best.

Next I looked at my revised monies. More than anyone else, but still short of the amount required to put me ahead in the horsepower game. Looks like I'll have to try something else instead...

After a trip to the tune-shop I ran the three courses in reverse order...

Times submitted. Fingers crossed they're good enough.

That's the spirit! Go for the season championship.

Only there is a rule (Rule 7) that all tracks are to be driven in a normal direction, sorry anything submitted on a reverse course is invalid.
