Regan Smith's win at Darlington was a fluke, as well as Trevor Bayne's Daytona 500 win and David Ragan's win at the Coke Zero 400.
No it wasn't.

R1600TurboDespite the fact that it's possible for every other driver to do what he does over the radio, the video recorded of him totally disrespecting the TV reporter was the final straw for me.

Are you reffering to Jerry Punch at Homestead or Bob Pockrass at Dover?
I don't see how it is hogwash when saying that he didn't like his personality was the entire point of bringing it up in the first place.I know other drivers handle it better but your comparing different personalities, which to me is hog wash.
Dale Earnhardt Jr. sustains concussion following accident at Talladega. He will NOT race at Charlotte or Kansas.

That should make some people in here happy. Let's see what he does with a legitimate Hendrick car for 2 races.

Rick Hendrick, owner of Earnhardt's car, said he called Phoenix Racing team owner James Finch about 10 p.m. Wednesday, requesting permission to use Smith as his driver on Sunday. It was a logical move for Hendrick Motorsports, which has designs on employing Smith next season.
"We've been talking about running him in the Nationwide car for a championship," Hendrick said. "He's a good friend of Dale's. Dale likes him, we're familiar with him. We knew he was going to be in James' car, so it just seemed to fit."
Phoenix Racing has a technical alliance with Hendrick Motorsports. Letarte says Smith's relationship with another Chevrolet team and with Earnhardt helped ease the decision.
"Regan has a great attitude and seems to be a remarkable talent," Letarte said. "He's part of the Chevrolet family, which obviously helps when it comes to driving our car. The fact that Dale believes in him so much also made the decision much easier."
Let's not forget Regan won at talladega in a DEI car if I recall correctly? The #01? before getting stripped of the win?
Edit: Practice 1 = 7th quickest. Think he'll do just fine this weekend. 👍
He'll probably move Junior up in the points too.
No just #88 team points, he wouldn;t score points for Jnr unless Jnr started the race and gave over to Smith.
Team points, not driver. Junior will do nothing but free fall for the next couple weeks.
Anyone watching the Media Conference on NASCAR.com?
What's it about?
