Pretty strong lineup across all the classes! Tristan Nunez in an LMPC, that's good to see him moving up the ranks 👍

Audis now showing their true pace in final practice. Unless they run into mechanical issues, the privateers don't have a chance. But I think the Muscle Milk vs Rebellion battle will be tight.

Yep, if only TOYOTA was there ... :indiff:

But we have the GT Race to keep us happy and I suspect it'll be indeed a TWELVE HOUR BATTLE between many (awesome) cars driven by (awesomely) fast drivers.

I just hope nobody crashes. And I'm looking at the ex-F1 drivers with a worried face! :D

EDIT - Thanks TT13 for this thread, to have the Sebring race in the "general LM discussion" thread was just wrong.

Don't forget P2 and the challenge cars! Not that anyone but me cares about the challenge cars... :P

Can someone post here if qualifying is going to be on alms.com? I think it is, but not sure.

May be bad news if the site crashes like it did last time they tried this. :D

I read somewhere that Speed2 will air the finish and the final hour live.

Any takers on who will fight for the GTE win? Many strong drivers in many cars. #4 Vette, the Falken Porsche, the Risi Ferrari, #91 Viper, #97 Aston and the #55 Z4 looks very good looking at their driver lineups.

Yeah, thanks TT13. I was, too, wondering why there wasn't a 12 Hours of Sebring thread when there was just over a day to go to the race.

For anyone in the UK watching, we'll be able to see most of the race on MotorsTV. The coverage will start at 2:30PM (GMT), and stop at 4:30PM. It then continues at 7:00PM all the way until the end of the race, so we get to see a little more than nine hours out of the twelve. A bit less than previous years if I'm not mistaken?

I'm a Risi boy and now that they're back I have to support them! And yes qualifying is in about 5-10 on alms.com. Can't find the exact link for the stream so if someone does...let me know lol.

EDIT: multimedia>watch live (on alms.com)

No sound yet. Oh, ALMS...

So garbage coverage so far. No live timing. Seems they have their crap together, eh?

Indeed. And I don't mean to be down on Audi. It's not their fault if there's no competition.* I've always appreciated the deep technical prowess and precision like professionalism that the works teams bring. But Peugeot and Toyota in and out also serve to highlight the dangers and pitfalls of having them come in a leave, rather at will.

* Of course if the ACO didn't give a veritable green carte blanch to diesel powered cars, I doubt they would be as far ahead as they are.

No doubt, the GT battle will be where the real 'works racing' will take place. 👍

Apologies for the upcoming shameless plug...but I put a fair few hours into this and figured some people might be interested in this.

I'm looking forward to the race, should certainly be interesting. Good to see Risi back on form immediately - GTE should definitely be the battle to watch.

Little tidbit of info, in GTE, the Risi Ferrari did 6 laps to in qualifying, the Corvette and Aston Martin in 2nd and 3rd place did 5 and 4 laps respectively. Remember they have to start on the tires they qualified on so IMO Risi's Ferrari could have been beaten to pole but the other two cars that challenged decided against more laps.

So when SPEED breaks away for the silly dirt bike race and tape delays the finish, will there be a way to watch the finish live? I haven't seen any discussion on it..

Very cool 👍 You guys at l'endurance put out some really cool stuff.
L'endurace has some of the coolest motorsports art I've seen!! Love the FBook covers!!
Off to bed now, heading out to Sebring at 6A.M!
;-)

I'm really kicking myself for not going, especially after seeing how this broadcast thing is turning out (poorly). Cool video of the audi. See you guys tomorrow. Hopefully I'll be watching...

I just want to know if we can watch live while SPEED shows the dirt bikes.. I don't want to stay up until 2 A.M. to watch a tape delayed finish..

Speed2.com will have the rest of the streaming. Who knows if one will be able to access that. I'd guess the usual streaming sites will have to do.

Sebring has such good flow to it, all the turns just seem to fit together. Hopefully one day I'll get myself across there to watch it for myself, would be cool.

The trip over here is well worth it! Right up there with N24 and LM24!
Well Sebring here I come!!
