2013 12 Hours of Sebring ALMS

So far good for the Greaves Motorsport with regard to tyre choice. The choice to be the only LMP2 team with Dunlop's seem to be paying off.

Dunlop pulled out of all American Motorsport, so that's why no other car is using them and instead using Michelin. Greaves have a contract with Dunlop over in Europe so that gives them access to use Dunlops in Sebring, too.

Well, after the first hour, the Audis are showing they truly have no competition. The Muscle Milk HPD is almost 30 seconds ahead of the Rebellion cars, Ferrari back in the GT lead, and the Deltawing is proving itself to be the 'class' of the pitlane.

Yes, he's moved into 1st. :)

The Muscle Milk also lost a wheel after the wheel nut came off. Did he just come out of the pits or did it randomly happen?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but is De Grassi the same guy that was development driver for one of the formula 1 teams? Sounds familiar.

Yes, Pirelli Tire Tester.

That Delta Wing has had a terrible racing career. It got shunted into the wall at LeMans last year, and now, the engine blows up only a couple hours in to the 12 Hours of Sebring. It has yet to complete a race. But, it's in the for the full season, this year, and there might be more of them next year.

Keep posting updates if u can it would help me alot.

No problem. 👍

The Delta Wings' engine has gone so that car is now out of the race. This has caused a full course caution as it's stopped by the side of the track.

Both Audi's are currently leading overall, with only about two seconds between them. The Rebellion's are leading P2 because the Muscle Milk lost a wheel not too long ago. I'm not sure on the GT battle at the minute as my TV coverage has just stopped.

In GT, Corvette leads with the 91 Viper in second place

You forgot Petit Le Mans, where it did finish (despite contact it had with a GTC car prior)

Speeds coverage is done. Speaking of...I guess that answers the question of who's going to show the United Sports Car Racing Series next year. I guess I could still watch the GRC on ESPN. But the ALMS was the only reason I downloaded the stupid app to my Xbox.
