Severe Earthquake in Japan

I know this is not strictly linked to GT5, so mods if this is innapropriate then please lock it.

As you may well know a strong earthquake has struck Japan, 8.9 on the richter scale.

I just wish all the best to KY, and all the team at PD and hope they have not been too adversly affected by todays events, and no one in the team or their families are injured or worse.

Im certainly thinking of everybody in Japan right now and hope the country (and GT5 development ) isnt too badly affected.

Maybe messages of support/good will maybe left here and hope the death toll doesnt climb too high.

I'm on the phone (Skype) right now with my girlfriend who lives in Tokyo and she says it's quite bad.... they are having many huge aftershocks and the TV full with very scary videos. so far 5 people are dead and 11 missing....

19 dead according to sky.com/news, i think the toll may go quite high.
But thankfully thanks to Japans comparitive readiness for earthquakes it wont be as bad as the indonesian EQ (2004) of a similar magnitude.

You sound like Kaz and PD are Japans most important person´s and GT5 there most famous product 👎
