Philanthropy is totally the wrong word to use for this topic. It means "to show love for humankind" ... and I don't think that's what Saddam has ...

... Now that you mention it, that does make sense (this has nothing to do with my sig, btw, that's somethine completely different). And when you said it was 'graphic' I thought you mean it was, well, graphic in both senses of the word so I didn't follow the link.
