also noticed by following tuning regulations my 89 mx-5 just reaches 391pp, I assume from ballast position?
Is tuning ballast position not allowed, or I'm guessing only allowed up to the 390pp mark?

(Edit: got my answer from a previous post- can move ballast as long as stays under posted pp)

Extra question: you mention stock lsd- ok to use stock lsd or do you mean default settings?
I'm totally nitpicking here and probably know the answers but since I'm the new guy wanted to be sure

I think you're talking about the post I made where I said I was using stock LSD settings. You are free to tune it how you wish.

Wow. Finally got on the track to test and I'm way behind you guys. (A brand new course to me so I need time of course.) I can hold my own over most of it- however,1st turn in the vid you're holding 101mph and I can't get close- my exit speed on final turn is close but seems you're hitting a way higher speed before the 1st turn than me- should I expect the 89 to fall behind here or is it just that my final corner exit is weak and I can hit same speed with better driving?
I'll build a 93 and/or 97 later and compare for my own benefit later too.
(also.. "somebody has to be last" lol)
 
Would prefer not, but chances of it being 100% the same are probably slim. I'm sure the shades might be different.

Ok because I was going to go for blue body and white wheels but saw someone else already has it. I'll look for another combination I like but nobody has taken.

How long's the race gonna be timewise? I have a weird schedule this weekend, have to leave for work at a quarter till 6 Pacific on Saturday.

Normal race schedule, so a 10 minute qualifying, 20 minute race 1, probably a 5 minute break and then the 2nd 20 minute race based on race 1 results.

I can get 1:22 with the setup from a previous post, but I tried some agressive toe settings but could not match the times but it did make the car feel more under control out of the corners. I will decide if I run, I can't match you guys and can't put in hours of testing.

I'm gonna be a little on the slow side. Haven't adjusted to the GT6 subtle changes well yet nor do I possess the ability to tune a suspension. But, still look forward to being out there rubbing fenders with the crew!

I'm 90% commitment so far-
I'm also not as fast but even if I lose 1.5 seconds a lap that's only half a lap back by the end of race- so not totally unrealistic!

New to this site. I'm going to try to get in this as well. Do you guys use full clutch on the g27 or does that slow you down
