How many laps will fuel last on very fast?
i hate the tire glitch is the only thing with that idea. The reason i have put off doing endurance races. But i'm running out of patience with it though.
Three and a half in LMPs... If it was a 2 hour race I think normal would do, fast for an hour.

I've been wanting to run like a 1-2hr Le Mans... time progression set to 24 or 12 so it actually goes for the full 24 hours in game... and having fuel/tire set to Very Fast so that making the tires and tank last becomes paramount.

Maybe the GT-R NISMO GT3 Base Model?

Good choice Severn, that car was fun there. I'm ready for a gt3 29 lapper with 12 time progression to get the full 24 hour cycle at la sarthe. Any time

We just need a dozen or so guys to join in with us :sly:

Hell, even more fun might be a multiclass race. Gt3 and lmp's for those interested :D

Some day...

Fix the damn tire bug PD!:banghead::banghead::banghead:

And the "Cant-find-the-room-you-just-hosted-because-you-had-to-leave-and-come-back-and-now-its-not-on-the-friends-only-room-list" bug :dunce:

Schedule has been updated on the top of page 21. Not that anyone is probably paying much attention with GT Academy starting back up...

Friday shall be an exercise in patience, throttle control, rage management, and tensile strength of cables attached to whatever it is near me I inevitably try to throw

Sweet combo's Dolph..👍
Thanks. I'm glad that someone likes them. Sorry I didn't stay on too long a couple nights ago when I was testing out the Porche....er, RUF's (I can't help it!). I was getting kind of drowsy anyway. Actually I was wanting to ask around here to see if anyone had any ideas on what track we might want to run them on (and it can't be "none"). The BTR is a handful and will probably require a pit stop wherever we race due to rear tire wear. The CTR2 is fast, but can be a handful as well, as it understeers quite heavily unlike the very oversteery BTR. So the fronts wear out kinda fast. That may possibly mean a pit stop as well, but it may depend on the course. The RGT runs pretty smoothly once you get the hang of it, so no issues there that I can see.

 Aaahh, the the combos aren't too bad. The Shelby isn't as bad as I thought it would be testing it. The 2nd race will, however, be interesting. When I tested, I believe I ran out of fuel on the 17th lap, which is the race distance. So you will most likely have the choice of going balls out, running hard, pushing the tires, and pitting, or taking it easy out there and try to make it the distance on the fuel provided. Could be a very fun, strategic race. :dopey: Daytona may be sort of rough just because it is a difficult course. That Boss handles pretty well though.

Edit: Nevermind the running out of fuel for race 2. I was thinking of the BMW M5 at Spa. :dunce:

Cape Ring Reverse can be fun in the RUF's (i don't recall which version I raced them on though; Inside, North, South, Periphery? it was one of the shorter versions that goes in reverse). The jump makes it quite interesting...

haven't tried it in GT6 though, the front end might fly up with the fancy "realistic" physics.

If you aren't too busy running such exciting laps in the Nissan Leaf in GT Academy (hard to convey my sarcasm with text), then join us tomorrow tonight as we race the thoroughbreds from Ford and Shelby.

Last Friday of the month so I've got my usual maintenance work to do tonight, but hopefully it should be quick and I'll be on in time. Otherwise, I may miss the first round but I'll be on at some point.
