Plus the paint was 10K alone. It's slowly being rebuilt, and the engine replaced with something more powerful.
 
The Ferrari 458 is a great car at silverstone national. It does have some understeer but it's totally controllable when you attack the turns slow in fast out. No late braking with this combo. It'll only slow you down. IMO.
I enjoy this combo very much. 50 laps would click off before I even knew it.
The 458 is my second favourite ferrari. The SP1 being my favorite. The sp1 is a little slower but handles a titch better and sounds a little better. But if someone says Ferrari I would usually grab the 458. It's a great go to car. There the only MR cars that handle well to me.

I'm still on a high from Saturday night I hate I'm going to have to miss this saturday night. But work dictates my races.:irked:
 
We didn't have any disconnects this past Saturday and only one when wins got disconnected the saturday before. So I'm wondering has PD resolved the problem with disconnects?
Any of you guys that go to online lobbies, is it still a problem?

The FXX is my new Top Speed Record holder - 534 km/h

I've also broken my Bugatti. Whenever I got over 350 in it, none of the wheels touch the ground.
 
hey guys, just saying what's up. life has been super busy, and finally ran my first race weekend of the year (send me your email if you want to see the videos). also, don't try to wire up a race car from front to rear.....waaaaay too time consuming. so how are things on the GT6 front? have they fixed issues in the past 4 months?
 
I might do a combined Flex/Enduro practice in an hour.
Although that's 12ish EST...
Was doing high 56's to low 57's yesterday with the 458.
Got one 56.500 on the nose, but that was a rare lap.

Just passed 3AM. I'm off to sleep. Enjoy your new cars. My first adventure will be Classic Monza in the rain with the Lotus, and if it sounds like the trailer, it'll be throaty and fantastic.

I just woke up and am off work tonight :P i won't be driving the Senna stuff tonight. WRS.

My install keeps fluctuating. Said 110 minutes, then 20 minutes later its at 16 minutes.. then it dropped to 8 minutes, up to 40 and done. Wtf lol

This Senna download is crazy. In total it will be 5 hrs by the time it is finished before the install phase. That being said, I would rather wait 5 hrs and have Senna cars than not waiting and having no classics.

Watched the videos. Classic Monza looks awesome, it actually has nice flowing corners instead of quick chicane-y turns. Is the full GP circuit of Brands any different besides smoothing out Turn 3? (Graham Hill Bend maybe?)

Hill bend is not as tight, and the entire run from Hawthorne to Stirling are longer corners, meaning that when they changed it, I think they moved the track to the inside and farther away from the outside barriers.
My entire install took only about 30 Min. from start to finish with a cat 6 Ethernet cable.

Man, that's a long time. I feel very fortunate. Took mine around 40 mins start to finish. But I did download it at 3:30 this morning. Maybe that's the difference. I've only driven the Senna cart challange and it was a blast. Oh and I did the vision seasonal too.

Hope it goes quicker than that for ya choco.
