^^ Sounds like Div 2 is going to be lively Saturday. You two should of been at practice yesterday. Both races were on fire the whole time.
To be fair... i dont think it was online though. I think I was in Free Run garage mode...

I'm a half a second faster in the FRS over the BRZ for some reason.. I prefer the way the BRZ drives though

Hey peeps. Wow didn't realize my kids would get all those Hockey Tournaments. I haven't been able to make any race so far. My schedule might allow me to make the following races: Race 9 - 11 - 12 - 13.
Oh and you added GTP_MajikTom. I only use that PSN for GTP OLR races. Add MajikTom.

I'd figured as much. The FR-S has that "oversteer" feeling when hitting the turns. That could be why.

 Sounds Good MajikTom! sounds Good! and ill put you in Division 2! Good to see you back! 👍

Turtle Edit: Done!

I wonder if all these cars are actually the same and all these effects are all in our heads... because I didn't get nearly as much oversteer out of the FR-S as I did the BRZ... I found that late braking the sharper corners I could get the tail out by heavy braking at first, then going to half-brake and turn... as soon as I got at or near the apex with a little bit of drift... carefully controlling the throttle out the of corner would put me anywhere from 5-10mph faster coming out than taking the corner clean...

But again, this murders the tires and puts me on the fine line between taking a fast corner and totally spinning out and ending up in the back of the pack, haha.

O_O Another? Oh jes. Full room in Division 2 Saturday.
majikTom was already on the drivers list, he just got busy outside of gt6, but as he said, he will make the races he can attend 👍 Division 2 should be alright

Im just loving everyone saying ah i gotta go with the BRZ faster times! i gotta go with the FR-S Consistency!! then theres wins who saids, 86 gt is the best, sorry   oh man!! Well i tested all of them, and i do like all of them, just the BRZ is the best for me, i can pull super fast consistent lap times considering in the online room i was practicing when i got home last night and was running some high 1'34s for about 7ish 8 laps then 35s for another 10ish and so on. Hope to see you all on Saturday! This is going to be awesome!!

👍

They really are all the same but also completely different. on gt5 I preferred the 86 GT, but i like understeer as i use transmission braking only whenever possible. That's why this car feels the loosest and snappy to me in the rear end. BRZ is my favorite followed by the 86GT, but I'll be rocking a Scion on Saturday.

^^ @Ph1sher. I'm loving this Saturday night. :)

I still prefer the FR-S for some reason. I don't know if I'll be using the FR-S or the BRZ yet. I'll know by Saturday.

I was murdering my tires the whole time I think and by the end of 14 laps, I was only down to 8 on all fours and was running 1:37's the whole time. :)

Yea, I didn't have much time so I just ran 10 laps with each, so there's a decent chance I could end up changing my mind. All I know is in 10 laps I was hitting in the 1:35's with the BRZ, then 1:36-37 in the FR-S and was struggling to break 1:39 with the 86gt

Im not D1 anymore and wasnt at practice Wednesday, but im running 1:35.0's. Car is not broken in though and probably wont be for the race.

@scarecrow937 mentioned that his car wasn't broken in. Is there a general mileage point that the car is considered broken in and what benefits are there to reach this point? I've been putting in about 400 miles on the car prior to the race, but since I've split my time between the 86 and the BRZ, I'm not nearly that high yet.

I thought that once an oil change was done, there wasn't a need to break cars in any more.

Yeah... they still gain horsepower. 300km (186 miles i think). 200 miles to be safe. I've run every race so far in GT 6 without breaking in the car... waiting for bspec!

I could be very wrong on this though as the car I'm thinking about that I did this on I changed the oil after the fact... not before. Can anyone confirm?

I wouldn't say I'm "confirming" but I thought I had noticed a HP increase after initial oil change but I figured I was just remembering it wrong... guess I should pay better attention.

There is an increase after the oil change. It's like 5 hp or something close.
